He was very helpful and honest he was able to reboot my computer and get it working well again and hopefully that fixed the problem but he did talk about all the possible problems if that doesn’t permanently fix it and options that fit my budget if my computer was not worth fixing.”

I have been dreading the replacement/upgrade of my I-phone 6 because of all that's involved with transferring, replacing, learning, and protecting old to new phone.
