There is always a small hand written note from shop on packing list, that boils down to a thanks for being a customer which greatly appreciate, gives it a more personal feel knowing I'm not ordering from some faceless corporation.

After going to four corporate owned vet practices throughout Central FL, we went to Eustis Vet after finding them by driving past and we’re so glad we did. They care for our dogs like they are their own. Even when our dog had to have extensive surgery elsewhere, they got the notes faxed and called to check in. This is such a great establishment and I’m so glad we take our dogs here ?

Dr. Christine Cassidy (DVM)

Munchkin, our 11 year old special needs shih tzu, had cervical slot surgery in 2021. She recovered well but it was during lockdowns and we didn't have follow up therapy.
After a 2nd cervical slot surgery in Aug 2023 Munchkin wasn't recovering as well as the first surgery. We did physical therapy and were told we should try acupuncture for her recovery.
We brought Munchkin to Dr Cassidy..
The staff was friendly, the facility was comfortable and clean. Dr Cassidy was wonderful.. Munchkin has been to multiple vets, specialists, emergency rooms, hospitals, and surgical centers in Puerto Rico & Florida. It is rare to find a doctor who understands such complex medical history and is able to put the pieces together and offer solid solutions.
Dr Cassidy has done several acupuncture sessions with Munchkin in the past 2 months and we have seen miraculous results. Munchkin has had significant reduction in pain and inflammation. She has had increased movement and over all higher quality of life. It's wonderful to see her happy and active again.
Each session, Dr. Cassity takes her time to explain why she's doing certain things. What her expectations are, what to look for positive and negative and is always interested to hear our feedback.
She has stayed longer than she's had to in order for us to communicate our concerns or to share ideas and things to try for Munchkins overall health.
We also brought our 3 cats for their well. check ups. Dr. Cassity gave them thorough exams and was wonderful with each one of the cats. She pays attention to details. Makes recommendations. Is no nonsense. She remembers what was discussed in previous visits. This is refreshing.
I wish we had lived in the area and found Dr. Cassity 10 years ago. She has been the missing puzzle piece in Munchkin's care. I honestly believe we could've avoided the 2nd surgery if we had seen Dr. Cassidy after the 1st surgery. We are thrilled with the care she and her staff have provided and highly recommend her.

Even after moving further away it’s worth driving the 40 minutes to get there for me because I know my dogs will get the care they need!

The owner, Jodi, Is amazing and incredibly flexible. Our dogs absolutely love going there to play and socialize ,with other dogs. As soon as we pull up to the gate, they get so excited.!
Jodi And the staff treat our dogs like they’re part of the family, which gives us peace of mind.
If you don’t have a place to board your dog overnight, Or you just want them to play for the day I highly recommend giving them a call. They also do dog training . This has been an incredible find for our family . I would never take our dogs anywhere else.! Trust me, it’s well worth it for the happiness of your dogs and for you especially if you have a puppy or a dog that has a lot of energy .

119 N Bay St, EustisThis was my first time in Eustis, and I can’t wait to come back. The beer was incredible, but the real highlight was the bartender, Wes.
Talk about someone whose heart is really in service. I came in alone and Wes made me feel completely welcome. Not overbearing, but very knowledgeable and kind. Later, when a woman with children came in, he offered them freeze pops and Spider-Man stickers, fully unprompted. He also invited me to come back to enjoy bottle sharing and pot luck snacks, knowing I was visiting from out of town and had nothing to offer, myself.
The overall feel of the bar is a place that you’d want to spend your free time, to relax and talk to down-to-earth people. Though I’m very busy, I will definitely make it a point to come back soon.

402 North Bay Street, Eustiswe came in (party of 2) and it was dead, but the vibe of the atmosphere was great! we had a server (long story short we had her 10 minutes and she ended up getting fired i assume, but this is not a bad review!) i grabbed the bartender (Lauren) and she VERY quickly saved the day, moved us and took care of us. i explained everything that happened and her and the manager (Lacey) were very understanding and amazing. i will be back just to see lauren even though we live an hour away.

A Forever Home Animal Rescue
1400 S Bay St, EustisMy dog was found in pretty bad shape yesterday after being missing for almost 2 years. I had no idea of how rough his condition was until I saw him, but after laying eyes on him for the first time in so long, I just had to take my baby home. I called around to see if I could get any assistance with getting him back healthy and stumbled upon A Forever Home Animal Rescue and spoke to Lori about our situation. Without hesitation, she offered to pay for his vet visit and treatment in full and provide him with food. I will forever be grateful for her kindness. Thank you so much for everything!
