15949 W Colonial Dr, OaklandVet, tech, and reception were FANTASTIC! Absolutely will let others know about this. I was so confused as to how the process worked so I kept asking questions. I had a 2 year old barker, I'm sorry. The young man checking vitals was very frustrated with me as I had trouble finding everything or seeing/reading the tablet. I'm sorry. Please understand patience and kindness gobbling way. I know there were others after me, but I was struggling. My husband diedv15 months ago. Finances don't cover everything now. But taking care of my furnaces is everything I have left in life. I was rattled and scattered and STRESSED. He tried to help, he did. But when he said to me I have others waiting...THAT WAS HURTFUL and I toom it very personal. Clearly I was struggling. Give an old lady a break please. Hopeful next time it will be easier for me.
The vet and tech were so kind. You have no idea how eternally grateful I am for this program. I was crying not knowing what to do and how to pay the exorbitant costs at a regular vet. I am going without now to pay for these shots, but again grateful for the reasonable prices. I sat in the car after I was done and just cried and cried all the way home. Thank you Thank you Thank you! ?

We knew that when God forbid it was his time to leave us, we had to bring him to you all. You were so wonderful with our baby Albany, 2 years ago, and were so kind to us when we lost her. We will be bringing our newest baby, Nala, to you from here on out. We do not trust any other vet after what Zeus's vet did to him. I truly believe if he was in your care from the minute we moved here, he'd still be alive. Thank you to the entire crew there and the wonderful work you do! We appreciate you all big time! ❤️
