The grooming staff did an awesome work with her. I also liked they keep you posted throughout the process so you know what's going on. I'm very pleased with my first visit and we'll be coming back for sure. Thanks to the lovely receptionist and the amazing grooming staff!!!!

Blue Sky Puppies Orlando
9310 US-192 Suite 102, ClermontThey were very patient and let us take our time making our choice. They let us have both sisters at the same time to see how they interacted together and with us. If we had a bigger place, we were tempted to take both.
Paperwork took a few minutes to complete, and we were on our way home with a beautiful Blue Merle Cockapoo female.
Our new bundle of joy as settled in and is doing wonderful.
Edit: 5 weeks after adopting this beautiful puppy, Blue Sky posted the same exact photo of our puppy under a different name, for sale in Orlando. 😡 how can they do that and get away with it.
This is our adoption photo, and a photo from 7/9/26. You can plainly see it IS the same dog! No way the 3/4 blue eye, and 1/4 blue eye could be replicated in a “sibling”.

We were helped by Kelsey, one of the managers, and she was so sweet and helpful with the whole process. Pet Supermarket has a good selection, good pricing, knowledgeable staff, and good return policies in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that could occur with your newly purchased pet. They also have a self serve dog washing station which is very convenient! Highly recommend shopping here for pet needs.

What really stood out to me was how personal they made the experience. The groomer even came out to speak with me one on one, which made me feel so comfortable and confident leaving my dog in their care.
Not only did they provide amazing service, but they also made our dog look absolutely incredible. You can truly tell they care about both their clients and the pets they work with.
They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer, I’ll be coming back without a doubt!

They even have isopods incase you are creating a bio active terrarium. To be honest I don't really come and chat with any of the staff besides at checkout but the store if perfect for going in and grabbing the supplies you need, whether it be food, grooming supplies, toys or tanks, they have it all.

Him and his wife Dr Ellis have always been not only helpful and compassionate but supportive in the moments we all dread with our animals. For as long as they are in business I will only use them or who they recommend. Having a good relationship with them for my animals has been a blessing and taken a weight off my shoulders. I’ve called them at just about every hour day or night and they have never failed to show up and help in any way they could. From telling me “not to worry, it’s not such a big deal” and advising how to safely treat an issue at home to referring me to UF for removal of a tumor from a horse’s eye, I know I can trust them to give me the safest and best course of treatment and care for my animals. Both my daughters have grown up watching them and now are studying to be vets also, and I truly believe they have had the best example from Herrera and Ellis. There are just not enough words to express my gratitude for them.

My cat has had an ear infection for almost 3 months now and we were referred to another clinic for possible surgery, we came to Vet trauma for a second opinion and he didn't think we needed surgery gave us some antibiotics and a follow up to see if my cat starts doing better. very affordable and would definitely recommend to friends

Not only was the service excellent (with really friendly staff) but kept incredibly clean through out the game collecting glasses, rubbish etc. we had food and it was great. Better chips than my local chippy. I would recommend to anyone wanting a British experience. Or a taste of Britain while in Florida . We only bought crisps from the shop but they had so many things. I didn’t notice all the prices but they were selling through quickly so I’m guessing they were reasonable. Great job guys it was crazy busy and you smashed it!

The tasting bar is nice and spacious. We bought a bottle of the Reserve Sauvignon blanc and took it outside with a bag of braided pretzels to enjoy under the oak trees. Beautiful, relaxing day.

The viet ice coffe was thin watery and weak . It was more like a slightly stronger gas station ice coffee basically sugar water. It seemed there was some unnecessary froth at the top not a cream just airy liquid and it could have use a bit more ice. I will have to try the food here but the service was nice.
