Anytime I have doubts about anything I just wait until during the day and take it up there and they've always been happy to help & make sure they save me as much money as possible as well!! They're very knowledgeable & will help you package up your package & write the information on it! It's Always the same 2 people working the lobby and I hope it stays like this for a while! With these same 2 people because they're both just the best most awesome kind informative & helpful people that I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! They both deserve raises if you ask me!! ??”

“Great place. The staff is always friendly and they a efficient. I've been coming here for some time now at least 4 years and I have not had a bad experience. Everyone has consistently helped me or other in the store., so I'm not sure where those low reviews are coming from. I think his name is Angel, not sure but he has been there for sometime and is very helpful..they all are!”
“Super quiet and only one person works here, or that is how it seems when I go.... They have a working self-shippping machine that makes it easy to drop off your pre-paid packages.”

“I live downtown and have used this location several times to mail out small packages. No issues and usually pretty cheap with Media Mail. My packages get to recipients on the estimated delivery date. Just make sure to go in the middle of the day if you can to avoid waiting or being rushed.”

“A little tough to find as this location is located in an older converted house and doesn’t have the same feel as a typical USPS. It is hard to find even off of 41 because the green directional sign off of 41 is covered with branches and green leaves. Once you turn on to Flamingo, look to your right and it’s next to a salon and a white picket fence. Hope this helps new people to the area ?”
“I'm in Florida vacating for an extended stay and I ordered something that needed to be delivered. I spoke to a male worker before I had the package shipped there.I went into the post office to pick the pkg up and spoke with the post master, I believe. He was very nice and had no problem accepting the pkg and the pkg was delivered by UPS.”
“Clerk Jill always goes above and beyond, she knowledgeable and courteous. I visited this office because my local office at 13266 Byrd Dr STE 100, Odessa, FL 33556-5309 was not able to help with the return receipt that USPS never delivered for the very important mail and even their supervisor was telling me that "he can only access records within his zip code", However, Jill (she was not even a supervisor) printed out electronic return receipt for my delivered certified letter and provided detailed contact information for the office in NY. Thus, I did not need to file any claims and had a delivery proof on hands within 5 minutes of visiting this office. Thank you so much, Jill! I hope you will be promoted to a supervisor.”

“Had to show up for in person Informed Delivery verification. Ed had me in and out the door in 5 minutes, during lunch, and it was working before I even got home. I was the first person in line, and once there were 2 people behind me, the single employee at the counter called Ed and 1 more up. That's service.
These reviews are hilarious. Do you want the PO to give you a lollipop and a bandage too? It's the POST OFFICE, not a hug box ?.
Location was clean, and all the supplies for Priority etc. were stocked in the waiting area. The heck else do you need from one?”

Nabari was exceptional in customer service, polite , friendly, hard working, and went beyond when she did not know the answer.
She did make feel stupid. Or pretend to know. Love her honesty.
Troy, the supervisor, was phenomenally well informed and delivering the answers to my questions.
I had one question, which then turned into 5 others. Every question, he was able to clarify for me.
It was very educational of one question.
I am grateful that this place was open, and the staffs are delighted and pleasant to work with.
