“I walked into Extra Space Storage and was helped by Francisco Julian Garcia, the Assistant Store Manager, at the Palmetto Bay location (17650 W. Cleveland Ave., FL 33157). From the very beginning, Francisco explained everything to me in great detail — the unit sizes, insurance options, and all the terms — making sure I fully understood every step.
He personally showed me several units, all of which were absolutely immaculate. The facility is so clean and organized that it feels more like a hospital than a storage space. Francisco went above and beyond by taking extra time to show me additional units that might better suit my needs, even when he didn’t have to.
I had originally planned to visit other storage facilities, but the exceptional service Francisco provided made my decision easy — I stayed and rented three different units for my home. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care for the customer far exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this location and strongly believe Francisco would make an outstanding manager. His level of service is truly exceptional.”

“My lock was cut back in September and I was just notified by the new property manager Meggan. And I appreciate Meggan for even letting me know and she Ensured me that my items were safe. Because I don't live anywhere near my storage unit. I went to corporate about it and they were rude and insensitive thank God for our new property manager Meggan for making sense of the situation she cares as if it were her items. If it wasn't for Meggan I would have given 1 star. Anyone renting from goulds location with an issue MEGGAN is very understanding & patient so please give her respect and the chance to resolve the issue before blowing up because she truly cares unlike the customer service agents and the supervisors that hide behind the phone and make matters worse & unsolved.”

“This was a good storage place until they made it a self service kisok. I've used this place a few times in the past and it was good. But this last time I had to re-buy a storage lock (couldn't use the 1 I've always used) and I could no longer use the key fob I had so now you have to manually enter the information EVERYTIME unless you get the app ?”
