“We had a car loan with PNC and transferred it to Pen Federal for a much lower interest rate. We saved 1500 bucks so had to do it.
They were very accommodating and handled it promptly giving us the paperwork we needed.\
Good parking and access.
It wasn't busy, but I don't expect it gets too wild.
Very clean and welcoming building.
I give it a 4 instead of 5 because of the price difference. And much of that was due to fluxuations in the market. They could have lowered it as well, but not as much.”

“I have been an Insight member since 2011.
The ATM machine screen keeps having problems interpreting my finger presses (example, i click 100.00 fastcash but it thinks I pressed 20.00)
On the second attempt to get money out (needed 100.00 cash) it gave me a ripped 20.00 bill. I have to come in here in the morning to get a replacement 20.00 bill.?
UPDATE:
Yolanda helped me out and exchanged the damaged $20 bill.

I dont think its the fault of this location in specific but I extremely dislike that you cant call them directly, you are forwarded to a silly call center instead, its incredibly impersonal. Other than that I highly recommend them!”
