They were very accommodating and handled it promptly giving us the paperwork we needed.\
Good parking and access.
It wasn't busy, but I don't expect it gets too wild.
Very clean and welcoming building.
I give it a 4 instead of 5 because of the price difference. And much of that was due to fluxuations in the market. They could have lowered it as well, but not as much.”

“We’ve had a great experience with this bank since opening our business checking account. Like any bank, we’ve run into a few hurdles along the way, but their team has always been responsive, helpful, and willing to work through any issues that came up.
One thing we really appreciate is that their fees are much more reasonable compared to some of the larger banks. At times, certain processes may take a little extra patience, but overall the customer service and support have made it well worth it.

“I have been an Insight member since 2011.
The ATM machine screen keeps having problems interpreting my finger presses (example, i click 100.00 fastcash but it thinks I pressed 20.00)
On the second attempt to get money out (needed 100.00 cash) it gave me a ripped 20.00 bill. I have to come in here in the morning to get a replacement 20.00 bill.?

Yolanda helped me out and exchanged the damaged $20 bill.

“Let me tell you that I’ve been banking with United Southern Bank and Clermont for over 10 years and I have nothing but good things to say. I’ve never once dealt with anyone in this building that was rude or disrespectful and I’ve never had any crazy unexpected charges. If something looks even slightly suspicious they turn off my account until I call and verify whatever the purchase is. It’s always just me on Amazon lol but I appreciate the concern and attentiveness shown to my account.I started banking here because it was right next to my job at the time. I originally came here just to cash my checks but everyone was so nice and I always had such a good experience that I ended up making them my bank and have never banked with anyone else since. Just my two cents but if you’ve had enough with SunTrusts and Wells Fargos this is your place. Also, Mike Bucher is the best!”

“I walked into this location maybe 2 or 3 times since I moved around the area. I have to say, they have Stellar customer service. I recently had an issue with a lost card, and Mr. Diaz, at the front teller, reminded me that through the Wells Fargo app, I can access my new card digitally and use tap pay through my phone wherever I need to go make my purchases. It may not be a big deal to some, but that made my day.”

I dont think its the fault of this location in specific but I extremely dislike that you cant call them directly, you are forwarded to a silly call center instead, its incredibly impersonal. Other than that I highly recommend them!”
