Elistway Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated business committed to being the helpful place in the community. It offers excellent service with very knowledgeable and friendly staff who provide personal service. Customers report that the staff is able to find specific items, like faucet stems or HVAC parts, that bigger stores do not carry. The store provides a convenient shopping experience with quality products and a good selection. Online orders are ready quickly. It is seen as a pretty good spot for necessities. Some aisles are locked due to theft. While generally praised, one customer noted an issue with keys made not fitting. The store positions itself as a helpful alternative to big box hardware stores.
I own a landscaping business ive had several pieces of equipment worked on up there each time they fixed the problem made it run like new. Fast turnaround times and seems honest. Reasonable prices too. I use this ace alot I would recommend them.
