“This was the fastest easiest rental ever! I wanted to say Thank you, after looking at other locations we were frustrated but when we came to Store Space I felt like family/old friends. When in the office my wife who was completing the rental was a little on edge while Vickie was calm. My wife had lots of questions and where others failed to appease her by answering her questions. Vickie took the time to explain everything from beginning to end. While looking at units she showed my wife and I how the lock worked and how to open the door! That impressed me! Vickie is so kind, caring and it shows that she is all about her customers. We need more people like her in the world! We lost a lot in Helene and forced to relocate but with Vickie we found what matters! She spoke to us with positivity and suggested people that would help us! Others we have met since being in Florida are not so nice but the compassion she has is amazing that people care like that! The facility is so clean, the doors shine, love the security features. “Kenny and another young Lady Ashley in the office help me tremendously with some personal issues I had. I've been with them well over 7 plus years although at times I may run behind they still keep a clear communication with me and update me. This recent incident I had issues with someone mysteriously signing off on my paycheck which cause my funds to be postponed. As a result I wouldn't have been able to pay and my storage was up for auction. With the help of my HR personnel and me explaining the situation we were able to work things out and it finally got resolved. With them having empathy and patience for me was exceptional and I appreciate them. Again, thank you!”
