Went to UPS today to mail a package that needed to arrive at its destination next week. Zack was extremely helpful and pleasant to me. He was able to get a rate I could live with and have the package delivered on time. I always go to this UPS site due to it service and friendly employees.

Outstanding customer service and extremely helpful! I went in to return an Amazon order and wasn’t aware I needed to print out the return label. I’ve never had to do that before and Chris was very nice and friendly, and not only explained why, but took care of everything for me.
