“The moment we walked in we were greeted by the front desk who had us checked in, in under a minute. The place smells fresh and clean and is modern. Water and hot drinks are available any time. The rooms are clean, fresh, spacious, and modern. We ended up staying three nights instead of one since it was so nice.”

“The hotel is located in beautiful Coral Gables in a historic building.
Rooms are very spacious and are well equipped with everything including the coffee machine.
You can get your complementary bottle of water at Reception or use the water in the room which they charge 8 dollars for.
We had two rooms on the second floor of the hotel, but because the hotel is located on top of an office building or something it felt like we were on the sixth floor or higher thus we had a great view of Miami skyline from our balcony
Upon our arrival, we were offered vouchers for complimentary breakfast and each guest was offered a 25 dollar worth voucher to use either for room service or to get extras at breakfast. They also offer a complementary cocktail which is their signature citrus Sangria cocktail.
Speaking about the facilities - the hotel has a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace with great views of the Miracle Mile. Both Jacuzzi and the pool are heated and open till 21:00 so we had an opportunity to relax after long days of sightseeing.
Overall I would say everything was great, but when I asked for an extra bathroom because there was only one bathroom in our room, unfortunately, they promised to provide it but never did.
Nearby activities: There is a stop of Coral Gables Trolley literally in front of the hotel so in case you did not ride this historic attraction in Miami you can catch up here. It is free for everyone
Walkability: The town of clCoral Gables has everything you need and the hotel ins located in the heart of it - overlooking the Miracle Mile - perfect for nice walks before or after dinner
Food and drinks: Great choice of cocktails and snacks at the hotel lobby bar”

“Very interesting hotel if you arrive in the evening. You can go there on foot. Take the Miamover to the rental car center, then take the train/bus station access corridor to the end and go down, it's only a 500m walk to the hotel. So you can take your car the next morning only, no risk of delay at the rental company (set your alarm anyway ?)
This avoids having to queue for your vehicle the same evening, after a 9-hour flight when all you want to do is go to bed.
On the other hand, no restaurant nearby, plan something at the airport, it's more of an industrial area, not very pretty but just practical for one night.
The staff is welcoming, the hotel is clean and the bedding is comfortable. Breakfast included in the price.”

“Went to this hotel to escape Hurricane Milton. Air conditioning didn't work in either room we rented, but they did repair it the next day. They would not extend our stay because we booked with points. Not a way to treat a member.
Walkability: Lots of stores and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Although near the airport, not noisy.”

Kind of in the middle of everything, but things walking distance are a bit scarce.The pool was well kept, all the activities were top notch.Great lake view!In the flight path of Miami International. Lots of planes fly over, but the rooms are decently quiet.Walkability: Most restaurants are 1+ miles away. They do offer a free shuttle to local restaurants, grocery, stores.”
“This was one of my best hotel experiences at a Hilton property. Angela, Giancarlo, and Stevie went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. The International Mall is a short walk away but the shuttle bus also provides transportation within a 5 mile radius. Parking is also complimentary which is a plus. I will definitely stay there again when visiting Miami!”

“Staying at this hotel for one day is enough. It is right next to the airport. The rooms are nice And so are the staff very helpful and polite. There are no food places anywhere and the corner gas station prices are outrageous!
The shuttle service driver, respectful, pleasant, helpful, and God is where we needed to go
Nearby activities: There are no nearby activities besides a sex shop right next to the hotel
Walkability: There is only one restaurant five minutes away. That is a Cuban restaurant. No other food places anywhere.
Food & drinks: The gas station across the street is very expensive and we never ate at the Cuban one restaurant they had. There are no other food places around here.
Make sure to use Uber eats. Latino cafe 2000 had some really good food
Their breakfast is disgusting!”

“Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at the Biltmore Hotel.
The property itself is beautiful and the staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. Navigating can be cumbersome because the property is a bit sprawling with few direct routes between points of interest.
The pool is one of the largest and very comfortable staffed by very attentive folks, most of whom are bilingual.
The restaurants onsite are delicious and the Miami spice menus are a steal!
Brunch is everything you heard about and more! One time is not enough to try everything and quality is top notch. Don’t be a sucker, got to the carving station and the raw bar. Also, 4 different types of caviar, if that’s your thing.
The golf course is beautiful, long with challenging undulating greens in excellent conditions. I was super bummed that the proshop lost my Monday teetime, but Harrison @ The Biltmore Pro Shop spent the weekend calling golfers to find me an opening and he did!
I was honestly a bit of a needy guest and they were kind and patient and willing to accommodate.
All in all, if you want a taste of that old money good life, come get a slice at The Biltmore.”

“We loved our stay here. The Coconut Grove area was nice and safe. It's near the water. There are serenity areas and parks and dog walking areas and shops and restaurants and everything you might need within a short walk from the hotel. We had 2 rooms and they were quite different. My wife and i had a more classic formal room. Our 3 daughters' room had a more modern, almost European, feel to it. I'm not sure how many different style rooms they have, but we loved the 2 we had. The pool area looked amazing with a waterfall and huge fauna. Pics of those attached. It was so serene and secluded. The fitness area has a sauna. I experienced a much different Miami staying at the Mutiny Hotel. It's the best version yet for me. Don't hesitate. Book with confidence. I'm going back.
Rooms: Classy eclectic rooms with differing styles.
Nearby activities: Parks, sailing, serenity areas, dog walking areas, patios, restaurants, shopping, everything.
Safety: We walked around at night, my wife and 3 daughters and our safety was never a thought. There were people walking and biking and eating and living life outside all around.
Walkability: Everything you need is a short walk away.
Food & drinks: Whatever mood or craving you have is close enough to walk to.
Noteworthy details: Coconut Grove is a destination itself. The Miami sailing club is based there and it is super pleasant.”

“The Element hotel has already been a frequent place on my work trips for 4 years now, it is a must stop, not only because of its areas that are very pleasant and beautiful, but because of its staff. From the moment you arrive, the guys at the Front Desk (all without exception, especially David Leyva, Alberto, Abdil, Rachel, Veronica, even their manager Jonathan) do everything possible to make everything perfect. Everyone with a smile that brightens the day. The housekeeping staff (especially Yerlis) with their dedicated work concerned that everything is in order. And the maintenance staff led by Mr. Erick, without a schedule, and with dedication and professionalism solve everything in the shortest time possible (Emilio, Camilo, Robert and the entire team). Varied breakfast to start the day! The 707 restaurant with Karaoke and live singers makes the stay not only quiet and pleasant but also fun and with the delight of divine food. And in the afternoons Mr. Jose, with the catering of cheeses and wines and his lively, respectful and extremely polite conversation, serves as a relaxation after a busy day! That's why for me Miami means Coming to the Element!!! 100% recommendable!”

The young girl at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful, talking to the rest of the cleaning ladies who were outside the glass office and paying little attention to me, when I asked her for the room location gave me the wrong direction not being clear enough. I came back for condoms and I told her how rude she was I was going to put a complaint with management; she replied “ do what ever you want to and don’t threat me” and here I am. Plus she refused to provide her name when I came back to get my drivers license. That was today 1/16/2024 at around 5 ich.”

“I don't book at Best Westerns but took a chance with this one due it being Plus and because of the pics and reviews. It is really nice and clean. Friendly staff at the desk. Maria, the lady in charge of breakfast, was nice and tried to accommodate my diet but was unable to do it. I am thankful she thought enough to try.”
