“The moment we walked in we were greeted by the front desk who had us checked in, in under a minute. The place smells fresh and clean and is modern. Water and hot drinks are available any time. The rooms are clean, fresh, spacious, and modern. We ended up staying three nights instead of one since it was so nice.”

“The hotel is located in beautiful Coral Gables in a historic building.
Rooms are very spacious and are well equipped with everything including the coffee machine.
You can get your complementary bottle of water at Reception or use the water in the room which they charge 8 dollars for.
We had two rooms on the second floor of the hotel, but because the hotel is located on top of an office building or something it felt like we were on the sixth floor or higher thus we had a great view of Miami skyline from our balcony
Upon our arrival, we were offered vouchers for complimentary breakfast and each guest was offered a 25 dollar worth voucher to use either for room service or to get extras at breakfast. They also offer a complementary cocktail which is their signature citrus Sangria cocktail.
Speaking about the facilities - the hotel has a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace with great views of the Miracle Mile. Both Jacuzzi and the pool are heated and open till 21:00 so we had an opportunity to relax after long days of sightseeing.
Overall I would say everything was great, but when I asked for an extra bathroom because there was only one bathroom in our room, unfortunately, they promised to provide it but never did.
Nearby activities: There is a stop of Coral Gables Trolley literally in front of the hotel so in case you did not ride this historic attraction in Miami you can catch up here. It is free for everyone
Walkability: The town of clCoral Gables has everything you need and the hotel ins located in the heart of it - overlooking the Miracle Mile - perfect for nice walks before or after dinner
Food and drinks: Great choice of cocktails and snacks at the hotel lobby bar”

Repairs are always done professionally with high standards of care and everything is always explained in detail. Have recommended them to over 12 different friends and family members and I’ve never heard one complaint from any of them. Many are now long term customers too. Finding an honest mechanic is not an easy task in Miami.”
“Lovely hotel in heart of coconut grove. Staff and vibe is super classy and hip. Stayed here multiple times and will continue to visit. Great garden breakfast/lunch area along with rooftop restaurant bar & pool with view of the ocean . This is a do not miss location due to thier attention to detail and high service levels. ( take an uber rather than rent a car , parking is the only challenge lol)”

Super clean room, comfortable bed, great shower, with shampoo and conditioner, thankful for the shuttle, the driver was great, getting to the shuttle at the Miami Airport was CRAZY! alot of traffic, we had a good driver that new what he was doing, we were also provided with a ride to the cruise port, breakfast was good, basic eggs, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal ect.... Great stay for us, wouldn't stay anywhere else but Hampton (Hilton)”

Such a pleasant scent as soon as you step in to the hotel and all around. We came for surgery and it was perfect walking distance for us so it worked great, nearby stores as well so it was great. Would recommend 100%!”

Kind of in the middle of everything, but things walking distance are a bit scarce.The pool was well kept, all the activities were top notch.Great lake view!In the flight path of Miami International. Lots of planes fly over, but the rooms are decently quiet.Walkability: Most restaurants are 1+ miles away. They do offer a free shuttle to local restaurants, grocery, stores.”

“It's about what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. Good front desk staff and great cookies, good hot breakfast. Pool was small, and hot tub was closed off. Room was fine, bed was not very comfortable (very firm if that's your thing), pillows were soft, plenty of seating, TV is decent size for room. Shower was great, actually surprising me how modern it was compared to the rest of the room, though towels were scratchy. Digital key never came through in the app, but physical keycards worked fine. Not really any sort of a view given its location and only being six floors. It's no luxury hotel, but you shouldn't expect that either for the price point ($300 for a Monday in January).”
“This was one of my best hotel experiences at a Hilton property. Angela, Giancarlo, and Stevie went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. The International Mall is a short walk away but the shuttle bus also provides transportation within a 5 mile radius. Parking is also complimentary which is a plus. I will definitely stay there again when visiting Miami!”
“After spending a frustrating day with cancelled flights, we needed to find lodging. The young lady on the phone was ery kind and welcoming and the price was very good for a large very nice room. The complimentary breakfast was among the very best we've seen. The daytime staff were as kind and friendly as those at night. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Everyone has their own opinions and experiences I can only speak on my behalf. Me and my husband went on a cruise out of Miami MSC Cruise line. On our way down from Virginia to Miami we had a delay with our train which put us 3 hours behind. When we got close to the nearest train station near the hotel, I called the hotel. Because I didnt make a payment I was about to lose the room. I wish I got the receptionist name I believe it was Alex...I hope Im not saying it wrong, so instead of us losing the room he kindly sent me a form through email to make a payment while I was on the train. My intentions were to make a payment once I arrived. My husband and I arrived so late. Some things are out of our control. So after a long day, we arrived at the hotel and we were settled in. So I thank you!! Also I want to thank Adrian, his drivers Tito & Victorino for being their in our time of need when we were leaving to get back home!..I want to thank you!! Next time we come back to Miami we are coming back to see you all!!! Will come back?...YES!!! So thank you all for going above and beyond getting us to and from destination and being there for Us!!!”

The M club concierge area had access to the breakfast buffet but other than a week night appetizer option it wasn't as nice as other concierge rooms we've been to. The staff was very nice though. “When I'm in the Grove, I tend to stay at The Mutiny. You get an entire condo. In the unit, there's a kitchen, washer/dryer, and most units have a balcony. The bldg has a gym, sauna, pool, and hot tub. It's across the street from the bay and close to all the restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend.”

“Overall, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable. My experience as a guest was that everyone working there was very nice, the room was great, and the drinks I had were good too. BUT be warned if you have to stay by the elevator. I was here on business at the law school, and I was kept up well into the night by screaming, literal screaming, right outside my room. I understand sorority recruitment was going on, but these were both male and female voices and I wish I had been placed further knowing I needed a good night's rest which is the number one thing I was paying for. The next night I got moved when I brought this up to the front desk. It was a nice gesture, but also a hassle and did not resolve the fact half my stay got pretty messed up. Then, even after confirming at check-in I paid all fees upon booking, I see in my credit card statement yesterday that some unexpected charge went through, so I called to ask what that was about. It turns out there was a miscommunication and that there is a destination fee charged each day. The fee is no problem, but the issue is the communication and that it came as a surprise. I would love to say I fully recommend this hotel, but for the value I got considering the horrible night's sleep the first night and then the surprise charges, I would not recommend if your goals are a restful night's sleep and a transparent bill. Maybe my experience can help you decide though based on your goals for your stay. I was reluctant to pay the steep price for the hotel each night, but it was the best option for walking to the school. It also looked nice and peaceful and like it would be worth it. In the future, I would likely opt for a different hotel where I can get a restful night's sleep unless the hotel responds to my email or reaches out to me and provides a gesture of a resolution so that I feel like everything was addressed. For now, I still give the hotel 4 stars because, like I said, it just depends on your hopes and desires for your stay.”

“I don't book at Best Westerns but took a chance with this one due it being Plus and because of the pics and reviews. It is really nice and clean. Friendly staff at the desk. Maria, the lady in charge of breakfast, was nice and tried to accommodate my diet but was unable to do it. I am thankful she thought enough to try.”
