“When I walked into The Apple Store a few days ago, I was almost in tears. My phone had been hijacked by a hacker, who eventually cut off all service— I couldn’t make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls. AT&T, our service provider, had just told me that they couldn’t help me. Christian at The Apple Store, was a true Godsend. Apple Store is usually quite crowded, especially on weekends. Valet parking is available at front entrance of Dadeland Mall. During Christmas holiday season, valet is a time-saver. Parking lots are full and stay full all day and evening, especially weekends.”

“I went 08/29 with my friend to find out about the free tablet deal that is available to students if they are a recipient of the Pell grant and had a lovely experience! Both of the employees helped us on separate occasions that day and not only could they answer every question we had but they were also were personable which was appreciated. It took a bit of time to get everything set up (because of the actual pending approval and the setup, not the employees) but they were patient and attentive during the time it took to set everything up!”
“The initial purchase interaction was prompt and professional, Communication was excellent and the order arrived in just a few days. As sometimes happens, there was an issue requiring a customer service interaction. It quickly became clear the items in the order were unsuited to my intended purpose. Once this determination was made they quickly issued a RMA. The day after my return was complete they issued a full refund.
