“After 30+ years with another big cell phone provider, my wife and I decided to check out Xfinity. We made an appointment and after reading some horror stories about service we were prepared for an ordeal. Approximately 5 minutes after we arrived ( a little early) we were introduced to Katherine. She was far and away the best customer service I have dealt with in many years. She was incredibly knowledgeable, infinitely patient with a couple of us old folks, and overall a pleasure to deal with. I have never posted a review before but I really felt that Katherine deserved recognition. We switched everything to xfinity and hopefully she is representative of the company. Either way I really wanted to thank and give Katherine her just due.”

“This review is for Jeremy and Nadi only. They are shining stars in a very dim Verizon atmosphere. I’m a business owner from Chicago who provides IPhones as well as other apple products to all our professionals and some staff. . I walked into the Verizon store we work with in downtown Chicago on Friday 2/16 to update all my equipment (two ipad pros (big and one smaller: new phone and Apple Watch). Notwithstanding the fact made it clear I was going to be in Naples the Chicago aspect of the purchase and set up was a NIGHTMARE. But Jeremy and Nadi are saviors for that location. Jeremy the manager is extremely smart and patient and got everything going and set up the watch which was quite a process. And Nadi works extremely hard in a difficult situation getting everyone set up with service and the like. Both are gems . Verizon needs more employees like them and less corporate shills. And bottled water would be nice versus a public drinking fountain in today’s world.”
