Cynthia at the T-Mobile kiosk in Sam’s Club is the absolute best! She helped me and my two college students switch from AT&T while we were all in Naples for the holidays. There were hoops that had to be jumped through but Cynthia followed us every step of the way and made sure we were happy. Highly recommend!!!
