“This place is so great!! They are very friendly and helpful and let you demo rackets for free - Patrick gave me some great advice on rackets to try and gave me an extension on some demos over Thanksgiving. When I bought a racket from them they matched online prices, strung it for free and also threw in a pack of free overgrips. Can't recommend them enough!”

“Yesterday I went in to look for boots, found a pair that I wanted and realized there was a stain (ended up being glue) on them. Told the manager, Paige, about it. I asked her if maybe they had a wet cloth to see if it would come off, that would be great! It was the last pair so I couldn't just swap. She took her time to try to clean them as best she could, spent about 25 mins doing so and even gave me a discount for the trouble! She was amazing and is definitely manager material! Not just because she tried to clean the boot, her customer service is excellent! Please recognize her!”

“Absolutely amazing customer service. My husband stopped in super early on Saturday 3/9, and the opening manager was extremely accommodating and patient with him even for being there 15 min before they opened. We stopped in later the same day to get some gifts for family and the same super friendly and accommodating young man was still there. We didn’t catch his name but this kid deserves the world. He is charismatic and super super nice which is rare in retail now. Please please please give this kid his flowers.”

“Four stars because I needed customer support to fix a few issues, but in the same breath, four stars for fixing the issue and getting me taken care of. I used the phone number provided for one customer service issue and I used the Messenger app link to talk to someone directly (quicker) to correct different problems. They fixed all my problems, corrected my orders as needed and took care of the money aspect. I was frustrated at first but I'm happy now. The order I placed was for a sweatshirt that is incredibly luxurious and roasty toasty warm. I also ordered a pair of slacks that are extremely comfortable. The product isn't the issue. But they are very helpful and prompt about correcting situations such as wrong size ordered and wrong color received. All in all, I'm happy with Fabletics. I would recommend you read all the fine print before you get that VIP token. It may save you some money.”
“Took my ten year old to get a new baseball glove. He is a lefty, so his options are a little more limited, and I wanted to make sure we made a good choice. Aiden helped us pick a glove and helped us try on helmets. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and just such a gem. After we bought the glove, we came back upstairs to get it steamed. He saw us out of the corner of his eye and immediately told us he was almost done helping his customer and he would be right with us. He took his time asking my questions, making sure he broke the glove in the way my kiddo wanted. He even showed him how he was breaking it in, and gave him lots of baseball pointers while we waited. I was so grateful for him, he was so patient and sweet! Give that boy a raise!!”
“Quality of items were great! Customer service could use some improvement. Called to see if there were any extras of an item. Told no husband stopped by store and was able to find extras. Will the sales rep help out a lot when needing to place another order for uniforms.”
