I’ve been to other groomers and Bodhi has had issues with itching to the point of getting hot spots. I’ve now been here several times now and we have not had one breakout. They have lived in Colorado farm country all of their lives, so they are truly Country Dogs. To find a place close to our current residence in Holiday was a real blessing and that they accept walk-in nail trim service at a very reasonable cost was an added blessing. Our visit there today for nail trims was quick and professional and the girls' nails look great.I would eagerly recommend this salon to friends.

Trinity Pet Hospital
7813 Mitchell Blvd Ste 112, New Port RicheyI adopted an older dog from Pasco Animal Services. I didn’t have much information about what she’s been through. I did notice that she can be a bit growly/nippy in some situations such as trying to get a sand spur out of her paw or trying to put a swab in her mouth. I gave the limited information that I knew of to the staff during her first wellness visit today. Dr. Salton, Chris, and another staff member (I apologize for not getting her name) were so patient and kind to my little grouch.❤️ They took a lot of time with her, petting her and telling her what a good girl she was while gently performing the exam. She also got lots of treats throughout the whole process! She relaxed so much that when I was busy with the bill and paperwork she laid down and took a short nap in the exam room. The findings and recommendations were explained to me in detail and my questions were answered. The entire experience was very professional, competent and showed a high level of care and compassion for both myself and Sapphire.

4041 Little Rd, New Port RicheyDr. Brownell is quite simply an extraordinary person and veterinarian. She gave our beloved dog Ava the most beautiful and peaceful passing imaginable. I say this as a long time pet parent who has had been at several good euthanasias and some that were not. What Dr. Brownell does for humans is quite wonderful too, she’s a guide, a grief counselor, a friend, a support system and she handled Ava with such gentle care and respect, even after she had passed. I truly don’t have enough good things to say about her, nor do I have the ability to convey the depth of our gratitude properly in words. My husband and I feel so blessed that when we called Lap of Love, that they had an opening only a few hours later and Dr. Brownell was able to help our darling girl over the rainbow bridge.

One time, one of our cats got sick the same day we were leaving for vacation. We called her, and she didn’t hesitate to take our cat to the vet no once but twice and handled it with such care. When the server asked how I like the food I told her it was a great post-Thanksgiving breakfast! She brought me a cup of cranberry sauce for my toast! You won't be disappointed here. The table behind me ordered the broasted chicken and raved about it.

7734 Congress St, New Port RicheyThe shelter was not open today, but the woman who came up to the gate helped me with my concerns, I've visited this shelter many many times over the course of a decade and SPCA Suncoast is leagues better than it used to be... And a country mile better than Pasco AND Hernando Animal Control. Those animal controls are understaffed and dogs sit in their own filth out in the elements. Good to see a local shelter making a difference... Especially with most places being over capacity.
