“Let me just say in my 21 years of living in my own places this complex is by far the greatest that I’ve been at and the apartment manager edvin is the GOAT he is literally the best apartment manager that I have ever had in my history of renting. When I need something fixed there at the door to fix it by the time I hang up the phone. This place is just amazing, and the management is insane!!! Definitely a 5 star!”
“Lived here for three years and loved it. Awesome location with easy access to the water. Super close to stores, gas stations and Corey Ave Sunday market. The team is very friendly and reliable. They completed all repair requests within 24 hours. The residents are really nice and welcoming as well. A fantastic community!”

“We recently moved in here. The neighborhood is beautiful. Two giant pools and clubhouses. Ebony was amazing helping us through the move in process. Super friendly and helpful. Joan was also awesome about helping me get all the paperwork I needed together. Our apartment was in great shape and very nice even though they told us it was the non-renovated unit. We're very happy.”

“I have lived here many years - the building has been through many changes, all for the better. Management is great. They have nice activities for us. We are close to shopping. The building is secure. Pool is kept very clean. Building is quiet. Maintenance does their best to get to your issue in a timely manner, you must remember there are only 3 of them and over 200 apartments. I enjoy using the gym. Walking the halls for exercise. My husband enjoys the billiards table. I do wish we had a little dog park- maybe someday. I’m so thankful the Lexington takes Section 8. And I am happy to call the Lexington club home.”
