    “Rave!!!! Bealls Winter Garden. Dave, the manager from the store was absolutely amazing. From start to finish he helped me with a purchase that was really hard to carry out on my own. The staff and associates made this transaction very easy. helped me put it in the car as I’m a young girl, and it was hard for me to carry on my own. Dave went above and beyond to ensure that I got my product into my car in the most safe and efficient way possible. There was a rude “mall cop” that came around and was very rude to him and myself. It was a very heavy item, and I didn’t appreciate the disrespect.”

The employees consistently go out of their way to help customers and make you feel appreciated, which makes a huge difference. We also love the rewards program. With four little kids, buying clothes and keeping up with everything they need can get expensive very quickly, and Kohl’s rewards and discounts really help make it more affordable for our family. Actually, it's July and I managed to find some Christmas presents for this year for the family. Since we do like a gift exchange every year and I managed to find me some new shoes, something I haven't bought in almost 15 years because I have certain feet requirements. It was nice. It was clean. The people were friendly. It was in a good location. That strip mall was really nice. I don't know what all I can say. Good prices, good people friendly faces.     “I think amongst all the JC Penney’s in Orlando this branch is a little different ,it’s in west oaks mall and since there is not much going on around it in this mall i personally feel not many people come down to it or mostly residents of the same Ocoee area only ,we came in a Sunday and i thought it will be busy but no ,parking was almost empty and very few people shopping inside which gave us ease and comfort of shopping and checking most items especially ones in the clearance area ,I feel if this place was in a more populated area it would have more footfall and more customers …I like this branch but not enough to want to come and look for new items ,but hey ,if you are in the area drop by and you might be surprised …”

    “This store requires masks when you walk in, but you still have "those" people who will refuse. I felt bad for the staff tonight when a family of 4 w all walking around without them. The staff attempted multiple times to get them to put them on, but they kept refusing. The 5 stars tonight is for all of the staff who managed not to lose their cool in an impossible situation.This is the most convenient store for me. The prices are good, the options for the things I need or don't realize I need is also good. I'm rarely unable to find something, and if I can't it's easy enough to order it online.”

I spoke with Sarah and she made sure everything was taken care of for me. The only downside, is that when I picked up the cake in the morning at the time I told them, (10-11am) no one was working at the Bakery so I ended up asking one of the employees from the Deli to assist me.”
