“To start off, I went back and forth on four or five stars. Home Hardware is very good. But I didn't find them to the point of five stars (yet). They may be worthy of five stars that I rarely only give out for only the outstanding in their field and price point. So at this point I will say they are better than four stars. So since they don't have 4.5 stars, I gave them four.Parking isn't bad, but it seems way farther to the door than one might think. But it's not bad. the store itself does have an outside garden center which I really didn't go in yet. But I like the idea that they have it.The store seemed fairly large. It is not huge, but large enough to feel like they will have most of what you might need. But still feel like a home town hardware store. I think that they have just the right size.In my case I went to other places first before visiting Home Hardware. The big box stores seem so disorganized, that I have trouble finding what I need. And I spent 45 minutes trying to get an employee to help me acquire an item I wanted to purchase. But after many calls over the intercom, no one came to help.Where as at Home Hardware had folks available immediately and through out my visit. The employee was very helpful and assisted me with a couple of items all the way out to my vehicle.I'm not sure about the prices yet, but from what I did notice, they looked competitive or better than the big box stores. Home Hardware seems more like a smaller business, even though they themselves are quite large in terms of locations. They just feel more like your local hardware store rather than a giant corporation like the big name competitors.”

“I went into their place of business not thinking I would be able to afford to have my kitchen redone. I'd already had 3 bids to reface my existing cabinets that ranged for 15,000-33,000. I was meet by Chris in the office who was very knowledgeable about their products. In a couple of days I received a bid on email and was shocked to see it was half of the lowest bid of 15,000. I made the decision right there and then they were going to make my transformation in my kitchen. I couldn't be any more happier than I am with the completion of the job and shocked they had it done with in 2 weeks from signing a contract. If you use them you won't be sorry you will be extremely happy with your new kitchen.”

“It carries a choice of feeds, as well as live chickens, rabbits, ducks, ECT. They have great inventory as well as free fresh popped popcorn. The employees at check-out are happy to help but up front the management needs some customer relations skills. They won't even acknowledge you standing there if you have questions or need help.”

“Been around when I came here from Chicago in 1995. Not even Walmart was gonna closer them down. I go here first before I go to big box stores. Employees are always eager to help with any questions! Better prices than anywhere elsewhere.”

There is always someone there asking if they can help you find something. And they also rent small equipment. All in all it is an enjoyable experience”

“Northern tool is good for lots of things you need but didn’t know you needed them. Not to mention the fact that if you need to replace a mower wheel or hand truck wheel, they have products to fit. I just got two “run flat” style dolly replacement wheels for $20. It was a deal, in my opinion.Sign up for their coupons and save on those purchases because when you spend $20 (save $5) and if you spend $50 (save $10) and $100 (save $20), so that’s a bonus.”

“When you need a bolt or screw this is the best place in Ocala to get it. I have obtained several fastners that were not available any place else. Staff is very helpful and friendly.I like going in to talk with them and obtain advise. Try it you will like it. ?”

“We are very impressed by CJ. He came out 2 separate times to install screens and show us how windows and screens operated and asked us to inspect them and if we had any questions or concerns. CJ is very professional, friendly and helpful, and his personality is great. He is prompt and proud of his work, and wants to make sure everything is working properly prior to leaving, and states to give Jordan (at Manning in Ocala)a call if we have any issues. This young man is top notch!”

We met Philip G, in the garden section yesterday, 05/19/22 at the Ocala Florida store as he was in the middle of something, but My husband Perry and I were so baffled about what we needed and I'm sure it showed on our faces so Philip made an abrupt stop and asked if he could help us. We were impressed with that first off because many times, we've seen associates just walk by as though we were invisible. Philip is kind, caring, supremely knowledgeable, perfectly professional, friendly, and embodies the most ethical core vales that we've seen in very, very long time. Phillip is not only a valuable employee to Home Depot, but he is a coveted team player to his peers. We know this by just watching and listening.
