Batteries at the mid to top tier level have been great bargains for good batteries. Especially, when they go on sale. Many other good experiences. I've had way more good experiences, and only 1 or 2 items that weren't that good, over decades of shopping at Harbor freight. Just pay attention to the quality and build of the product. Some projects call for a cheap disposable tool, for cheap, where the item fills that niche. Other tools are good long term. The quality of the tools has improved dramatically over the years. They have some really good tools, now. And, a good, better, best variety, each at different price points, depending on your needs. Just pay attention, and select what works for what you need.”

We were impressed with that first off because many times, we've seen associates just walk by as though we were invisible. Philip is kind, caring, supremely knowledgeable, perfectly professional, friendly, and embodies the most ethical core vales that we've seen in very, very long time.
