“This place is the best! I was skeptical when bringing my dogs in the first time because I’ve had bad experiences at other Woof Gang locations. I just moved and this one is super convenient, so gave them a try. I brought my dogs in with pictures of how I wanted them cut, and when I came to pick them up, they looked perfect! Everyone is super nice and my dogs love coming here.”
“We’ve been taking our goldendoodle Bruno here for a year and love it. Bruno loves it too. It was so hard at first to find a good groomer in the area for him, but since we’ve been going here we haven’t been going anywhere else.”

“Great staff...great cuts! Our dog is usually pretty timid when going to the groomer but is always calm and happy when we pick her up from here. Would give 5 stars but can't believe we are paying these prices for doggie haircuts! (Although the pricing here is comparable to other groomers)”

“This is a great store. There is lots of parking, they have great stock, nice discount bins for out of season stuff, great hand gardening tools, and animal supplies. Good prices on hay & pet foods. The only thing I don't love is that they sell animals there-that's why 4 stars. If they stopped that practice then 5 stars.”

“I am very happy that you stopped this woke madness, garbage; however, you talk about animal welfare, yet you still carry glue traps, which are the most inhumane way of trapping and letting a rat or any animal die a horrendous death. Birds, squirrels etc can get stuck on these horrific inventions!”

“Recently my dog had a grooming appointment and ended up collapsing during a bath. The attendant's name was Alexis B and the I am sure the others that day helped as they quickly alerted me and rushed my dog to the nearest vet office. I arrived later and turns out my dog had a small heart murmur and stress might have caused the issue. He seems to be ok now. PetSmart also paid for the vet visit and continues to ask how he is doing. People like this are the ones that understand service is feeling and should be rewarded with good comments. Thank you to the team there and Alexis for helping my Hucky Dog through a difficult time.”
