“What an amazing place and people! I found this place around 4 months ago, and I won’t change it any time soon. I use to bring my shih-tzu to Petsmart, and I noticed that her hair was not good at all. It was all choppy and some areas were shorter than others, so I decided to look for a better place. That’s when I found Woof Gang Westchase. Her first appointment I saw immediate change! Her energy was completely different than before (all happy and excited! She didn’t even want to leave lol)! Enrique never disappoints either! He is super knowledgeable and helped me fix Lilah’s hair. And she always looks amazing after her grooms with him! Will 100% recommend! Super happy with this place, because it’s noticeable that they care for your furry kids! Thank you Enrique, and everyone working here ❤️

“my friend recommended this place to me and i’ve been here a couple times and the employees are so kind and helpful!i needed something that would calm my kitten down for a 2 hour flight, and riley explained everything to me about the different options and the one we ended up deciding on worked perfectly for him :’) she also gave me free samples of some treats and wet food which was awesome. thank you again ?”
“Everything birds is awesome. They are very knowledgeable but SO caring with each and every bird regardless of the needs the feathery fellas need. We got our 32 year old macaw from them and he came to us very cares for after a rough transition. He doing very well now.”

“So, this Pet Supermarket's customer service was and is, amazing to say the least. Two of the women?♀️ that work here, used to work at the Pet Supermarket on Fowler avenue?️, and they've always been a great help?. I wish they were closer, but everything happens for a reason!??? Anyways, just to point out ?yes I do have bathroom? pictures, their bathroom? was disgusting? . That is the only reason for the⭐⭐⭐⭐, has nothing to do with the cleanliness ??of the store, just the the bathroom ??was were disgusting☢️. If you look at the pictures? that look like just white⚪ or nothing... if you zoom in ?️?️ there was dust? hanging from the ceiling like and just rings? around the bottom of the toilet and they had stuff duct taped?️ in there. I don't know why but it just was not somewhere wherei would take my animals ????into. But other than that the experience was great the animals???? were well kept and fed ?️ and as well as this supermarket is huge when I tell you it's huge? it's gigantic.?️ This is the biggest Pet Supermarket that I've ever been to. And everybody and everything was in its place and the manager there is amazing ? ? and I wish they would come back closer to me but another day another ?.”

“I go to the store on Anderson Rd. in Tampa mostly for dry cat food and lickable cat treats. They have a broad selection of products, including brands that I consider healthier than those carried in grocery stores and at Walmart. My cat never hesitates to eat the healthier brands. Best of all the store always has decent sales going on. The employees are kind and helpful as well.”

“I am very happy that you stopped this woke madness, garbage; however, you talk about animal welfare, yet you still carry glue traps, which are the most inhumane way of trapping and letting a rat or any animal die a horrendous death. Birds, squirrels etc can get stuck on these horrific inventions!”

“I needed food for my reptiles and wanted to purchase a tarantula. I had the nicest lady ( can’t remember her name) assist me. She was very pleasant and also very knowledgeable about tarantulas. I purchased a red leg tarantula and absolutely love it! Thanks so much for your help!”
“Pros: Pet wash room was very clean. Staff provided 3 towels for my 100 lb, double coated German Shepherd which was definitely necessary.
Cons: No brushes to reach the undercoat.(One brush, but it brushed only the top coat) No nail clippers. One tub was actually plugged with hair. All the scrubber gloves and scrubber tools were full of hair. The water hoses are too short, unable to reach the dog when they sit on the far end away from the spout.”
“Well worth the Trip! Sue is so helpful. As a beginner salt water tank owner she has been patient and a great mentor to me. Her store is well stocked with a variety of fish and corals. A big thumbs up for this store!”

“I love Petsmart . I have one located very close to me and the manager is nice enough to match their on-line prices . I would recommend going to Petsmart for all of your animals needs . Customer service has changed a bit for the worse but since it's the closest dog store near me I still go. Hopefully they get better. Well I've been back since I last visited and unfortunately this store has not changed since my last review.”
