“BEST GROOMERS EVER!
We’ve been bringing Winston to Woof since he was a puppy and he is now 8 years old! Jorge and the entire Woof! here it is team have truly earned our loyalty.
When we moved to Wesley Chapel, we tried a closer groomer and quickly learned that convenience isn’t everything, we were told Winston was a difficult dog, and at the end we were not happy with his cut.
We made the drive back to Woof and we couldn’t be happier. The experience the staff has, to the prices and service they provide the extra distance is absolutely worth it for a place we trust completely with our boy. Highly recommend!”

“What an amazing place and people! I found this place around 4 months ago, and I won’t change it any time soon. I use to bring my shih-tzu to Petsmart, and I noticed that her hair was not good at all. It was all choppy and some areas were shorter than others, so I decided to look for a better place. That’s when I found Woof Gang Westchase. Her first appointment I saw immediate change! Her energy was completely different than before (all happy and excited! She didn’t even want to leave lol)! Enrique never disappoints either! He is super knowledgeable and helped me fix Lilah’s hair. And she always looks amazing after her grooms with him! Will 100% recommend! Super happy with this place, because it’s noticeable that they care for your furry kids! Thank you Enrique, and everyone working here ❤️

“Could not be more amazed with Rebecca grooming our guy! We adopted him a couple months ago from the Humane Society - and he hates it when we bathe or brush him. Needless to say, the thought of getting him groomed was anxiety-inducing. Rebecca worked a miracle with our guy - he loved her. Beyond thrilled with how he turned out, too. We are so thankful to have found her!:)”

“The employees here are very kind, helpful, and clearly care about the animals. I’ve never had any issues with staff.
I came in for cat food and ended up leaving with a betta fish because I was concerned about the water temperature they were being kept in. Bettas are tropical fish and require warm water, and many of them appeared pale and stressed from the cold.
Once home, I kept him at a stable 78–79 degrees, and within a short time his color and energy completely returned. It was amazing to see the transformation.
I understand this is unfortunately a common practice in many pet stores, but I truly hope betta care standards can continue to improve. Even something simple like low-watt food warming mats under the containers could help keep the water at a safer temperature.
I’m grateful to the staff for their kindness, and I hope this feedback helps bring awareness to better betta care. ?❤️”
“The store is always clean and the staff are friendly. They have a nice selection of bird seed and lots of birdy treats. Also great little snacks for dogs that only cost .50 cents up to $1.00. The best part is the dog treats are all natural without salt/sugar.”

“I had the most wonderful experience at this location today. It's one of 2 locations I frequent for cat supplies. I ran in today after getting an email for a good sale on my cat's wet food. We all know how particular cats can be! They were totally out of the one box of food he likes and Kendall went out of his way to check the top shelves and the backroom. 10/10 super friendly and was so willing to go above and beyond.
I grabbed a few cans to get by for the week and asked Jill if there was a rain check system on sales when products were out of stock. There's a new management team as of today, Jill had messaged them clarifying the new policies and if that was still offered and I had planned to leave my number just in case. The management team was responsive and we were able to work something out in less than 10 minutes.
I always enjoy my shopping experience at this location. I've not once had a bad time. There is a rock solid and friendly crew at this store. Thanks so much to both Kendall and Jill for going above and beyond for a senior cat they don't even know.”

“Pros: Pet wash room was very clean. Staff provided 3 towels for my 100 lb, double coated German Shepherd which was definitely necessary.
Cons: No brushes to reach the undercoat.(One brush, but it brushed only the top coat) No nail clippers. One tub was actually plugged with hair. All the scrubber gloves and scrubber tools were full of hair. The water hoses are too short, unable to reach the dog when they sit on the far end away from the spout.”
