“BEST GROOMERS EVER!
We’ve been bringing Winston to Woof since he was a puppy and he is now 8 years old! Jorge and the entire Woof! here it is team have truly earned our loyalty.
When we moved to Wesley Chapel, we tried a closer groomer and quickly learned that convenience isn’t everything, we were told Winston was a difficult dog, and at the end we were not happy with his cut.
We made the drive back to Woof and we couldn’t be happier. The experience the staff has, to the prices and service they provide the extra distance is absolutely worth it for a place we trust completely with our boy. Highly recommend!”
“The Hound’s Meow is an amazing pet store! The staff is always so helpful and takes the time to help me find exactly what I need. They have a great selection of food, treats, and toys. I recently transitioned my dogs to raw feeding, and they have so many great raw options to choose from. The variety made the switch easy, and my dogs absolutely love it! Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for quality pet products and a helpful team.”
“This is The Fonz’s favorite store!

“I adore this store! You can order a custom cake for your dog, they have tons of fresh dog cookies at an incredible price, loads of toys, treats and dog food all under 1 roof! They have a treat wagon that travels with tons of unique treats as well. And, they have a loyalty program where you can earn discounts on your purchase as well. “Awesome groomers who did an amazing job with my extra-needy cattle dog. The staff were incredibly patient, caring, and took the time to make sure my dog felt as comfortable as possible throughout the grooming process. It was clear they genuinely care about the animals they work with and know how to handle dogs with different personalities and needs. My dog came home looking great, and the entire experience was stress-free from start to finish. I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the team, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality pet grooming services.”

“Could not be more amazed with Rebecca grooming our guy! We adopted him a couple months ago from the Humane Society - and he hates it when we bathe or brush him. Needless to say, the thought of getting him groomed was anxiety-inducing. Rebecca worked a miracle with our guy - he loved her. Beyond thrilled with how he turned out, too. We are so thankful to have found her!:)”
“I had the most wonderful experience at this location today. It's one of 2 locations I frequent for cat supplies. I ran in today after getting an email for a good sale on my cat's wet food. We all know how particular cats can be! They were totally out of the one box of food he likes and Kendall went out of his way to check the top shelves and the backroom. 10/10 super friendly and was so willing to go above and beyond.
I grabbed a few cans to get by for the week and asked Jill if there was a rain check system on sales when products were out of stock. There's a new management team as of today, Jill had messaged them clarifying the new policies and if that was still offered and I had planned to leave my number just in case. The management team was responsive and we were able to work something out in less than 10 minutes.
I always enjoy my shopping experience at this location. I've not once had a bad time. There is a rock solid and friendly crew at this store. Thanks so much to both Kendall and Jill for going above and beyond for a senior cat they don't even know.”

“Renee is the BEST trainer around. Her facility is immaculate and she is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and effective with her methods. I cannot recommend her enough to those looking for quality training and an amazing facility.”
“The store is always clean and the staff are friendly. They have a nice selection of bird seed and lots of birdy treats. Also great little snacks for dogs that only cost .50 cents up to $1.00. The best part is the dog treats are all natural without salt/sugar.”
“Attentive employees!
We were not in our typical area but stopped to get some pet supplies from this Pet Supplies Plus.
Someone was stocking an aisle and asked if I needed any help. She assisted me in getting crickets after she helped me find the pet food I needed.
This store was a much better experience than our typical store.”

“When you walk in you are treated like family. Even if you know nothing about reptiles, you will be an expert before you leave. I have had 32 snakes over the years. Thought I knew everything hands down great customer service. My family are also regular customers. Cant wait to see everyone today and try not to buy another beautiful snake”

“The employees here are very kind, helpful, and clearly care about the animals. I’ve never had any issues with staff.
I came in for cat food and ended up leaving with a betta fish because I was concerned about the water temperature they were being kept in. Bettas are tropical fish and require warm water, and many of them appeared pale and stressed from the cold.
Once home, I kept him at a stable 78–79 degrees, and within a short time his color and energy completely returned. It was amazing to see the transformation.
I understand this is unfortunately a common practice in many pet stores, but I truly hope betta care standards can continue to improve. Even something simple like low-watt food warming mats under the containers could help keep the water at a safer temperature.
I’m grateful to the staff for their kindness, and I hope this feedback helps bring awareness to better betta care. ?❤️”
“Been bring our dog here since she was just a puppy and now 2 1/2 years later we still are because they do an absolute amazing job and she smells good for over a week. This is literally the only place we can take her because she's a little aggressive now but she absolutely loves them and we do too.
I recommend this pet spa to anyone with a furry baby.. as you'll always leave happy and so will your fur baby”
“They saved my chihuahua! Vets told me I needed to put him down or pay 10,000. I drove to Tampa with a dog dying in my lap from Orlando and he was completely revived because of this company. Best money I ever spent! Thank you thank you!”
“Kim was super professional and on top of things. Erin is very passionate about plants and pointed me in the right direction I didn't even know I needed to go in. Will come back here over Walmart just for the folks that work here and the experience they provide.”
“The employee's are always friendly and helpful. There are plenty of items to look at and things that you didn't even know you needed. It's a nice store.”

“We absolutely love getting groomed with Kyra. My shy and reserved 13 year old doodle doesn’t like everyone but she’s always happy to see Kyra. I am always so pleased with how she looks and smells!”
“3 Words---Susan is PHENOMENAL, AMAZING, & SUPREMELY KNOWLEIBLE!! I am new to owning betta fish. I just discovered her shop after initially purchasing from a big box pet store. Betta 1.0 got a burial at sea after just (3) short months. Devestated & Determined to not make the same mistakes & to actively support local businesses, I found her shop. She has spent SOOOOO much time imparting her wealth of knowledge to me! She never rushes me when I ask her 9 zillion questions EVERY SINGLE TIME! Her tanks are immaculate, prices reasonable, and her hot dog mascot adorable!! I strongly recommend her shop to ANYONE whose hobby is fishkeeping. Thank you, Susan, for helping me with Gill-bert live like a king 🤴 It is most unfortunate that I can only give 5 stars!! I personally give her 5,000000000000000 stars 🌟”
“I come to this pet market about two times a week, Sometimes three. There was great staff here, including management Beth and Janet ! As well as the staff including but not limited to Kassidy, Odie, and Vandal.”
“Sure am thankful for the doggies shots being affordable and convenient. The early check-in was a nice feature this year as standing in a long line was painful for my back and knee.”

“Consistently have what I need for my animals. I drive almost an hour as opposed to hitting up less dependable local stores. One of the only places I can get peanut hay.
Very reasonable and efficient.”
