Their selection is hardly rivaled, only a handful of places carry the stuff they do, and their prices are most often the best. If you're into woodwork, work on finishing construction fields, or are thinking about remodeling, give this place a try.”

“Last week, I experienced the worst travel day of my life so far. My trailer blew two tires, and we had already used the spare earlier that day. We rolled into the Northern Tool parking lot desperate for a solution that didn't involve leaving our trailer in some random storage lot in Orlando. My partner and I walked into the store and were immediately greeted by the kindest associates. Drake F helped us find replacement tires, a jack, an impact drill, and every other thing we needed to patch up our trailer so we could finish our 9-hour-turned-into-25-hour drive. Everyone at this store helped us turn a horrifying situation into a relatively easy fix. We could not have fixed the trailer up as nicely as we did without the help we received from these associates. If you ever need tools, tires, or anything in between in the Orlando area, this is the store you need to go to. Thank you for all of your help!”
“I did my homework before choosing a paint vendor to help color match unknown paint colors in my home. I'd planned to go to Home Depot, but between YouTube and Reddit, the consensus recommendation was Sherwin Williams - and I'm glad I did.
Stevie did a FANTASTIC job with the color match of three different colors and finishes. The only thing he DIDN'T match was the dirt on my walls! After a quick wash, the match was perfect.

“My computer repair and IT services shop is just on the next block over on Waltham avenue and I run over here to Pine Castle hardware all the time for whatever random part that I may need to fix something at my office and they always seem to have whatever it is I need amazingly enough for not being some big huge hardware store like Home Depot. I like that I can walk in and someone will always greet you and help you find whatever it is you're looking for so you don't have to spend five times as much time finding what you want.This is the way all stores used to be, until we lost our way, now there's not many like this anymore.”
“We try use local business instead of buying online, and I am glad we did. There was an issue with an expensive light fixture and the cause was difficult to determine. Brad, manager of the Winter Park store, took the time to troubleshoot, and along with one of the store technicians, found a way to resolve the issue. “??? Best customer service EVER!!!! Staff members Jack & Bob educated me on all my equipment making me feel so much safer and more confident using the equipment. Previous two airgas I had went to 3 different stores and was unable to obtain the information or parts that I needed due to lack of knowledge. Bob and Jack from the division store sent me to the airgas off OBT where employee Greg got me a part I needed and explained everything. I would recommend these stores to any and all gas, welding or tank exchanges solely because of their customer service and great prices. Bob, Jack and Greg thank you so much for everything!!!?????”

“On May 31, 2024 some baby ducks were stuck in a storm drain near the Avalon Ace Hardware. Not having any equipment to remove them we asked an associate in Ace Hardware (Jeff) if he had anything we could use to remove them. He came out with a long handled net and got them all out. Way to go Jeff, thanks”
“I decided to stop by Ace Orlando today instead of going to a Lowes closer to my place of work. I'm so glad I did. Customer service was exceptional. I had a gentleman named Chuck who helped me find what I needed. He was a little unsure of exactly what I needed (as I was too) but he made it a point to look into it. I left the store with exactly what I needed. Not only was he patient and helpful but he was delightful plus Chuck also informed me that it was his first week working at Ace. The cashier was also quick and courteous but I don't know his name because I didn't see a name tag. I don't have to stop by Lowes on my way home from work tomorrow. I'll be coming back!”

By the way the Customer service desk also was engaged to help concerning my issue by escalating this situation to manager Mr Adam to see if there was anything else that he could do to help solve My issue. He was very patience and understanding and showed much concerns to resolving My issue to my Satisfaction and I'm forever grateful for the complete resolution and solutions to resolve this problem.

“I came in with a full list of things to get in the Paint Department and Elito was busy but took the time out to help me find everything I needed. He was also very patient with all my questions and & Concerns. He got me out of there in about 10 minutes. Thought I’d be there a couple of hours looking for everything. Even stuff not in the paint department he helped me find the isles the product was in.

“This place is for the pros and they offer everything from cabinet hardware to all the toys for kitchens, baths, and furniture that you can imagine.The warehouse showroom isn’t huge but you could never pack in all the offerings from their massive and comprehensive catalog. If it’s not in stock at the warehouse then it’s typically only a few days away.Their staff are normally knowledgeable and helpful.”
