“When I got a foot problem I went to a doctor who told me I needed to change my soles in my shoes. The doctors office gave me soles and told me to find good shoes, not cheep ones. A friend told me about Dales shoes and we both walked over and I got 2 pairs. Brooks and new balance. The owner was very helpful and I will come again for y next pair. Also my friend was jealous and bought a pair of brooks for himself. That's a win for the owner for making 2 sales that day.”

Recently a family member bought me several shirts that were too large and the team at this store allowed me to return them still new with the tags and the change it for the correct size.

I can’t say how much i appreciate the help from Brittany. So professional, personal, helpful, and kind! With the extra shoes you can get with the half price one she helped me find shoes for my daughter and her kids who live in St Aug. I was taking pictures to send and she help me so much. I left with four pairs of shoes. I had recently retired from a place that’s know for great customer service so I called corporate to say what a great experience I had and how helpful she was. Not sure if it went anywhere but did talk to someone. So now I go back after all that time and she’s there again and I get the same wonderful customer service again! “I'm in town on vacation with my family anf my kids needed new crocs. Me and my husband went and got them at first we were trying to get our discount code but it wouldn't pull up and me Jennifer and the other guy was so patient with us and still ended up getting the discount. Then opps got kids wrong size had to bring them back and again Ms. Jennifer gave me no problem also one of the shoes I needed to replace wasn't in-stock and she let my daughter pick out another again with out issue. I wanted to find some good deals on Reef FlipFlops, and Rack Room Shoes had a buy one get half off deal going. I found a pair of Reef flip flops in thw clearance section and I was able to use that as a buy one pair!
I found another pair, exactly the same price, and ended up getting one of the 2 pairs at half price! Ultimately, I got 2 pair for about $65, with zero sales tax!

I think the workers name was Carly she was very nice.”
