I reached out to Justin Fussell and Michelle Potter, and within a couple of phone calls, they resolved the issue and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was taken care of.

“I can’t say enough good things about Liberty Savings Bank and especially the Shamrock Road branch. My family has been banking there for many years and we love that the people working there know our names when we walk through the door or drive through.A couple years ago my 86 year old mom moved her accounts to Liberty after being with a very large international bank for most of her life. She left the big bank because she felt like she was just a number, and when she needed help with anything they made her feel like she was a real inconvenience to them.Recently my mom got a phone call from a man that said he was an investigator from her insurance company (he wasn’t). He said that her credit card data had been stolen and that the thieves took $400 from her account and that she needed to give him her personal information so he could track down the thieves and get her money back. Unfortunately, she fell for the scam and gave him her account numbers, birthdate, etc.The next day she got a call from Liberty Savings Bank saying that someone was trying to get into her bank accounts. My mom realized at this point that she had been tricked when she gave her personal data to the “investigator”. Of course she was sick about it. She immediately went down to the Shamrock Road branch of Liberty, and they worked with her for several days to get all of her account numbers changed, get her a new debit card, get her direct deposits changed over to the new account, and get her automatic payments for car insurance, etc. switched over to her new account. She told me that she could not believe how great they were for taking the time to work with her to resolve this problem. The service she received was head and shoulders what she experienced at her previous bank.My family has always been very happy with the service from Liberty Savings Bank, and this recent experience with my mom just drives home how special they really are. Everytime I've had an issue it was resolved without hesitation in the fastest possible manner. I have never had the ability to speak to a manager as quickly as I could at this office. I don't always have to, but when I need it, scooter is always on point! The staff have always been great and the welcome is always met with a personal level of appreciation for me being a customer. These guys do an awesome job!! Even when I was scammed I always got my money back!”
