“Very satisfied with this branch! The lady that helped us, Lisney Mirabal, was extremely kind and welcoming. She shook our hands, introduced herself professionally and kindly, and made us feel very welcome. She explained everything clearly and precisely. She laughed with my boyfriend and I and made it feel like a genuine friendly experience. She even offered me water when I mentioned being thirsty and was overall a very sweet person.
