I moved from Florida to Minnesota at the beginning of the month and I sent all my garments with them. The sport equipment, bags, etc.
every time that a package moved or arrived I received an email with the tracking information.
Moving was really challenging, but being able of tracking your things at all times was a relief and an awesome experience in general. I highly recommend you working with them!”

Marquise is so friendly & professional it was a pleasure to bring in the things I need mailed . “Though I did not use their services. They were nice on the phone and correspondences to an out of state customer. Gave me a real quote. I will use them next time!! As the UPS store I was talked into using, charged me $$$ more!! If you are from out of state, don't bother with any one else. I believe another reviewer has stated the same thing.”
“Staff is helpful and you can ship multiple ways. You can ship FedEx packages, UPS, USPS, to name a few. I almost went 4 stars though because they have very limited hours that they are open. They are closed on Sunday and close at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Weekdays, I believe they close at 6:00 p.m. They would get a lot more business if they were open more days and longer hours. I ship from the store all the time and have had no problems and as mentioned the staff is very helpful.”

“We've been using this service and business for 5 yrs. We always are treated well. The staff is excellent and when an issue arises they know how to help. I am sure there are issues once in a great while, no business is perfect, but if you can hit 99% of the time....why are you complaining? Just work to fix it and move on. We use them almost exclusively. Never a serious line to get things done. It's a small business so it's nice to support them. Highly recommended.”

My order looked like I got it from an actual artist ! And he remembered me calling earlier in the day and even my name (: he was great my order was great and I so love great customer service . I do not mind driving 20 minutes to come to this staples at all. Well done !”
