“I went in to the Ellenton store because I have osteoarthritis of the ankles. Fortunately Jenna was my salesperson. She truly understands arthritis. She guided me to four shoes, all with similar technology. One might fit me better and one did. I felt a dramatic difference. I am so impressed with Jenna. She is competent, empathetic and a tremendous asset to the store. Overall a great product and an even better salesperson.”

Their machine that analyzes the feet is wonderful so I brought my husband there and he ordered a custom orthopedic insole and new shoes. As we walked through the mall, most store associates were totally drained from the holidays but Bri really took her time in helping us find a pair of shoes. Unfortunately, the shoes we originally wanted were out of stock in-store and online; however, Bri really took her time and went above and beyond to help us find the next perfect shoe. She was eager to help, offered good opinions, and was a light in the dark abyss that is post-Christmas shopping. Someone give this lady a raise!”

After a very disappointing purchase at the nearby Sperry store with their poor quality shoes. I ran over to the Johnston and Murphy store. The salesman (I didn’t get his name) was professional, patient and simply awesome! This young man took the time to show me several shoes and helped me try them on. They don’t do that at Sperry’s. He went to search for what I was looking for and found it! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Plus he told me if for some reason I wanted to return them “which I never will”, they will refund them even without the box unlike Sperry’s. Best believe for my sneakers and shoes from now on will be Johnston and Murphy!!! Very comfortable! Well made shoes with undeniably fantastic service! Well worth the money! Let me repeat “Very comfortable!” My experience at Johnston and Murphy was so great that it erased the bad mood and lack of refund the Sperry’s put me in!

“My 96 year old mother called and orded 2 pairs of sandals over the phone because she can't walk too far. My mother didn't like them,so I called Patty at the store. She offered us to drive to the back door so she wouldn't have to walk that far. Patty or Patricia met us at the door and was so kind and patient. Looked on the computer, then was able to find the correct size and style that my mother was looking for. My mother was able to buy the same 2 shoes that she bought 14 years ago. Patricia went way above and beyond customer service that I have ever seand a retail store. You could tell that she is passionate on her career. “Let me start by saying that journeys is not a store that comes to the top of my mind when I’m shoe shopping. Today, however I was on a mission to find a pair of double strap sandals for a trip I am going on next month. I knew that different brands made these including Birkenstock. I wasn’t having luck at other stores and I decided to walk into this store. I was immediately greeted by this young lady who said welcome in. A few short moments later, she came right up to me and asked if there was anything she could help me with. I told her what I was looking for, and she immediately took me over to the men’s section. It was there she showed me a beautiful selection in many different colors I might add of exactly what I was looking for! She asked what size shoe I wore and recommended going down in size since this particular Birkenstock only came in full sizes. When she brought them out, she was absolutely correct! I definitely needed to go down to a 9 and not go up to a 10. She even brought out a second pair in a different size just in case. She was right on point. They fit perfectly. It took me a few minutes to make the decision to go ahead and buy them because this is not a style of sandal I would usually purchase, however they looked great on. She explained that they would start off hard, and as I wore them, they would soften up and mold to my feet. I was sold! I took them and I am very pleased with my purchase. I am excited to wear these on my trip! I was very impressed with this young lady, she exceeded my expectations!”

One black jacket I must have bought 20 some years ago and still have it. Very simply, and very beautiful.
Today I went for a white T, for my denim jumper. The cashier is an elder woman probably my age. White hair and beautiful. As she was folding my T, and said, “oh this is nice, I’ve one too.”
Then sha asked, “what are you wearing?”
“No 5.” I said.
“Chanel?” She said.
I laughed, “yes, only the oldies like it.” She laughed too. Hope she doesn’t mind the ‘oldie’ label.”

“Although I’m very unhappy with their store p/up service bc they said you can order on-line and pick up within an hour. That’s not true what so ever. I was in the store at Ellenton Premier Outlet 7/11/22 and Disappointed to see that the 75% off wasn’t in the store but on-line only. So I ordered the exact same things on-line that we’re in the store. The only difference was the price, on-line was at least $2 cheaper. 2 hours later I went to pick up order and they only had 1 out of 7 items ready. Knowing they had them in the store I was not understanding why? So I asked The answer I got was someone started to fill order but must not have seen the rest of my order. ??? So they either failed to see my complete order on the order it’s self or failed to see the items on the self. Called Customer service and was told that I should have a confirmation email by Friday 7/15 Love the clothing! Poor services”
