“Very nice shop, whether small or large everyone has to decide for themselves. You won't be besieged by the seller, if you need help it's best to talk to the guys and ask. But they also ask politely, which is what happened to me when I looked at different cowboy hats for 10-15 minutes. It was kindly pointed out that the goods on display were currently the only ones in stock. I looked at several in my favorites and bought one. Unfortunately, I discovered on the beach that it was a bit too big. I called the shop quickly and asked if they had reduction tape. This was answered in the affirmative, I drove quickly and got 4 strips for free, which were completely sufficient. so absolutely customer friendly. I can only recommend a purchase and am pleased with my hat. Thank you”

“Oh my gosh, the staff were so nice and so friendly! The store at UTC called them to see if they had these shoes in my size. They did, and they held them for me. They showed me a few other shoes, which were very tempting. Van's, please make inserts for the slip ons so higher arched people can wear them longer!”
“Always packed and still, the staff is always available to help. Wish they had more stock on items, but they are always willing to have items shipped to home without charge so that’s helpful.”

Store was super busy and associates were willing to assist my wife and daughter with styles and sizes, and in ordering an unavailable item online. Could not have been more pleased with the quality of the boots, but having the team all work together seamlessly was impressive. Great store, great people.”
“The University Town Center ( Sarasota) staff are very professional. I can call them on the phone and ask them if they have a specific item in my size. They will put it aside and have it ready when I arrive to try it on. I had difficulty at a different lilly store where they rubbed my gift certificate card code with a knife and then I was unable to use it. They said they would call me back that day. They never did. But I called UTC lilly and those women got on the the phone and got my gift certificate working. Then they gave me a lilly cup . I am very happy with lilly products.”
