I love that they always have sales, and special deals. Also, your rewards points add up to money taken off the next purchase, or you can save it up. Always has everything I need plus some, friendly and helpful employees, although I will say there are barely any employees out at the registers or in the actual store aisles to help customers but you can see several behind the glass where the dogs for sale are kept. There was a line that literally went halfway down the middle aisle, and 1 register until there was barely anybody left, then someone else came up, after already being line over 15 mins at this point. But there was still a whole bunch of them back there laughing and talking, not even tending to the animals. Everyone in line was watching them and making comments about it. That was the only issue, but ive experienced the SAME exact issue several other times. Only reason im mentioning it this time!!! Otherwise, they are awesome!!

I reviewed the veterinary clinics in the area a lot via Google and read every comment trying to find the best option for our dog son before being here. Now, thank God, I had already decided that in case of an emergency or any new development in Peter's health, I was going to go to Dr. Moreno and so it was. Peter had some discomfort, he was not breathing well and his eye was extremely irritated. I immediately went and they took care of me without any problem. Excellent service, all the staff are wonderful, friendly and empathetic. The treatment was more than successful and Peter perfect in a couple of days. Thank you God and thank you to the people who take a moment to comment on their experiences and help those of us who need to make decisions. If you read me, don't hesitate to go to Sunshine Animal Hospital in Pembroke Pines. Thanks to the entire team and the Dr. for being so kind to Peter and his mom.

There’s a ginger guy that works there along with Peyton and another girl (Ana I think) who are easily the top three employees in the whole store. They’re always friendly, quick, and actually make the experience enjoyable instead of just feeling like another fast-casual stop. You can tell they care about the customers and the quality of the service.
To be completely honest, if those three ever stopped working there I’d probably stop coming too. They’re that big of a reason the place feels welcoming and worth visiting. They seriously deserve raises because employees like that make the entire experience better and keep customers coming back.
One small thing that did feel a little off though was a $1 coupon I received. ? But money is money I guess so I won’t complain.
Overall though, great food and especially great service from those three employees they’re the reason this location stands out.

Plenty of seating and delicious flavors . The service was quick and the young man was patient enough to allow us to sample multiple flavors. They also have coffee available. I've never heard of an ice cream shop that sells their ice cream by the pound which is pretty cool. I'm not surprised with the ratings and reviews of this place it definitely deserves it!

The Service was amazing and top notch. This is not your typical franchise shop but a family oriented kind of feeling shop. They prepared my Ice Cream with such care and just like I wanted it which was my take on the Dubai chocolate so delicious and the ice cream was super creamy. my daughter the same with a S'mores ice cream the kids enjoyed their flavors as well in all this will be my favorite shop from now on. Highly recommended.
