The doggies live on clean environment not crowded and normally are playing between each other on the store, they do not leave them there crated, they have an amazing place at home where they take them back every night. They have clear rules so people are not just there to play with the puppies and ask you to follow their hand wash protocol and allow for interaction if you are really interested in buying a pet.
I love their grooming services, my schnauzer comes in happy and when I pick up is playful and plays with the groomer, she feels safe and love there.

Specially Maria and Wilson have been very pleasant, welcoming, delicate and treated my pets with love. I also also used their mobile grooming service which has eased my day by having them come to my house to groom my pets at a very convenient price. Is a family business, which makes the service very unique, managed with love and empathy and overall a white glove service.

318 Indian Trace, WestonI can’t thank Weston Lakes Animal Hospital enough. I was completely panicking after my Chihuahua, Mickey, ate a green grape. Kayleen was so attentive and calm on the phone, and just as kind and efficient when I arrived. Emmanuel, the technician, stepped in right away, explained everything clearly, and immediately took Mickey inside to care for him. That meant everything to me in that moment.
Dr. Jitka came out after the procedure was done, showed me the grape they were able to remove, and was incredibly loving, reassuring, and calming. In such a scary situation, this entire team truly saved my dog. I am beyond grateful. ???Elba

1420 N Park Dr, WestonWords cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Longo and his staff. My Havanese, Diva-Milan is currently almost 19 years old, and Dr. Longo has taken such great care of her. Frankly, this clinic is the only reason why she is still alive. On a Saturday night, I received a response from the doctor himself when Diva was ill. She seemed to be having kidney failure. I received after hours care and was seen in person first thing that Sunday morning. This wasn't the first time that this team has shown my baby girl such care and attention. I have never been recommended to spend any money on unnecessary procedures or medications. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Longo and his staff (especially the Sunday team)! We have had him at our home twice once for a check and the last time was to help us put our Molly girl down when that time came, he and his nurse were extremely professional and kind... he explained every step he was going to do and what it was going to do to our girl, she was able to pass with the dignity she deserved after the 15 years she devoted to us! I'm so grateful they did. From the moment we arrived the entire staff was warm, welcoming and truly kind. The customer service alone made us feel at ease. Dr Ibarra was absolutely amazing - knowledgeable, patient and incredibly caring. You can tell right away that she truly loves what she does and cares deeply about her patients. A few days after our initial visit I received a personal follow-up call from Dr Ibarra to check on my kitten and make sure she was doing well and thriving. That level of care is rare these days and it meant so much to me. Animal Health Center goes above and beyond and they are most definitely worthy of 5 stars. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate top quality vet care.
