The doggies live on clean environment not crowded and normally are playing between each other on the store, they do not leave them there crated, they have an amazing place at home where they take them back every night. They have clear rules so people are not just there to play with the puppies and ask you to follow their hand wash protocol and allow for interaction if you are really interested in buying a pet.
I love their grooming services, my schnauzer comes in happy and when I pick up is playful and plays with the groomer, she feels safe and love there.

The location of this store is awful. There is no entrance off of State Rd 84 which requires access from University Dr. Exiting the parking lot is complicated by the amount of patrons, entering and exiting Whole Foods. The exit line backs up terrible.
I seem to continue to go back, because of it's convenience. I simply choose to be more strategic about what time I'll show up.

Specially Maria and Wilson have been very pleasant, welcoming, delicate and treated my pets with love. I also also used their mobile grooming service which has eased my day by having them come to my house to groom my pets at a very convenient price. Is a family business, which makes the service very unique, managed with love and empathy and overall a white glove service.

My precious dog is battling aggressive cancer, and despite everything we have done, the cancer has returned. We reached out to Dr. Basta hoping there might be additional options available to us. He was not involved in her initial care, but from the very first time I met him, I knew we had found someone truly special.
Dr. Basta is, without a doubt, one of the most sincere, knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring veterinary doctors I have ever encountered. He took the time to listen, explain everything, answer my countless questions, and most importantly, treat my dog with the same love and respect I have for her. During such an emotional and overwhelming time, his compassion and genuine concern have meant more to me than I can put into words.
I also want to specifically recognize Kris. The kindness, patience, and compassion shown by Kris have made an incredibly difficult journey a little easier. It is clear that this team genuinely cares about the animals they treat and the families who love them.
My great regret is that I wish I had reached out to Dr. Basta sooner.

Dr. Z was extremely patient and took the time to thoroughly review her medical history. He helped us reach a clear diagnosis and start an appropriate treatment plan. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and makes sure owners feel heard and understood. I’m very grateful for the care we received and highly recommend this hospital.

The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. Our favorites are the chicken and tofu bowls. We have several vegetarians in our family, and they absolutely love the tofu. Even as someone who normally doesn’t enjoy tofu due to the consistency, I have to say theirs is incredible. It’s crispy and packed with flavor.
We love this restaurant so much that we chose them to cater our daughter’s first birthday party at our neighborhood clubhouse. Everything exceeded our expectations! The catering team arrived early, set everything up, was very professional, and the food was fantastic. Many of our guests asked where the food was catered from as they loved it so much! The owner was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, making sure every detail of our order was correct in advance and even following up afterwards to ensure we were happy with everything.
Since then, we’ve placed several large takeout orders when hosting friends and family in our home. In addition to amazing food, they always go above and beyond to customize our orders and provide outstanding customer service!
I rarely take the time to write restaurant reviews, but this place truly deserves it. If you’re looking to support an outstanding local business with amazing food and exceptional service, I can’t recommend La Rural Mexican Grill highly enough!
