“First of all, this is a late review. I should have made this earlier. My package was lost even though it says it delivered. And sender of the package say they won’t refund or replace unless it is stated by the USPS they lost the package. And this is exactly what was happened. I ask mail carriers, they are kind enough to search other mail boxes and parcels however it’s gone already. At last resort I decided to go to post office and tbh I wasn’t sure what to expect after seeing 1.8 star review on Google maps. However Patrikia R. and her supervisor Armani C. was very kind and helpful. They even apologize multiple times for something they don’t personally responsible for. I don’t know other people’s experiences however I was kind to them and they were kind to me more. I’m really happy to see such employees in USPS.Either my sender accept the solution I’ll provide or not, I’m glad to see Patrikia and Armani.”
“Considering the post-pandemic staffing issues and other limitations USPS had experienced as of late, this location is doing decently well. The facility is clean and organized. Be sure to come in early if you want to make use of their walk-in passport application, get there by no later than 1:40, the line is packed for that service.”

“I rarely go to the post office, so everything about shipping is unknown to me. I asked the first employee about the process of shipping a very small item; she pointed towards a wall, and I think made a sound that matched her not so happy demeanor. Another CUSTOMER, who was very familiar with the process; helped me with just a few sentences AND a smile on his face. I headed to check out and was THRILLED to find another employee, Angela!! “I went a week before Christmas and there was no wait line and the people were very polite and very friendly explaining which envelope I needed to utilize for the product that I was shipping to Louisiana. Great customer service and I highly recommend the USPS Office in Lighthouse Point. 5 starts without a doubt!”

“This is a small post office in the back of the Coral Ridge Shopping Center. I've been here many times and once again I'm surprised that a previous review hasn't shown up. I used to be here quite often when I had an office not too far away and would take my lunch break running a few errands in the area. We'd been downtown for lunch, and this was the closest actual post office, so we stopped by. We parked in lot in the back of the mall right near the entrance. Look for the American flag. Once again stamps will be going up in January. We thought we'd stock up on a few and get some Christmas/holiday themed stamps for cards. We use less and less stamps each year as most bills are now paid online, but every once in a while, we like to "snail mail" a greeting or birthday card. They had a nice selection, and we had our choice of themes. Although this place is tiny and there's a limited staff, the service here is excellent. The folks are friendly, efficient, and fast. If you're nearby and need a real post office, this one is worth visiting.”
“The reviews made me so scared to try and walk in for my passport appointment but the lady who took care of me was SO nice and SO helpful!!!!! Walks in are 9-10am, I got there at 8:30am so definitely be a little early. She was so so so nice and made it sooo easy for me!!”

“My package was brought to the wrong facility. It didn’t get delivered and honestly I am very upset with the whole situation.I do want to thank the two women who spoke to me today about it. The lady in the store directing me to her boss and her boss at the facility. It was at closing time after she clearly already had a really rough day. I’m sure I didn’t make it any better. But she still went the extra mile and tried to help me the best she could. I’ll be praying this woman gets some much needed rest and recognition that she deserves.”

“You can bet this post office will always be fully stocked, and the staff will be ready to mail your letters and boxes and take your payment faster than you can say United States Postal Service. There may be a long line on some days but the staff is fast and furious. Be ready!”
“So tiny but functional. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. It's directly across from Rocco's Tacos. There are parking spots directly out front and if not, just pay to park for about 5 minutes it's no more than $2.00 bucks.”
