I asked a young lady who was stocking shelves for help and she found the perfect collar, even coordinated the color with her harness. We added a package of detachable flowers and she took our purchases to the register to checkout. Couldn’t be happier with the store because you have a great employee . I’m very sorry I didn’t get her name but she was so very kind and helpful, we will be shopping there again.

She was so happy. She had her nails clipped and her haircut looked beautiful. I will be bringing my mom’s dogs in soon just to get their nails clipped. Our pups are older and need special attention.. they really do take great care of the fury family. Not to sure about the price.. but 2 med. Size dogs cost and 150 plus tip.. I do know I'm that a full grooming vs a touch up is a price difference.. more you go to keep up with it it a little cheaper vs letting it get out of control.. the pups look forward and always come out looking really adorable and happy!! Also there is no waiting room or inside office to sit in wait.. they bring the dogs to the door.. just a heads up.. ohh also they give the pups a really cute and fancy collar piece.. different every time and changes for the seasons!hope this helps anyone looking for a trustworthy place for this kind of service! Fancy Paws Dog Grooming
1634 SW Bayshore Blvd, Port St. LucieMy fur nibbling (a Great Pyrenees) got into a retention pond and came out looking like someone had lowered him half into a vat of tar. After getting washed once by my cousin, he still was a mess and we went on a focused search for a groomer. Other groomers in the area were either not open or wouldn't take a dog his size... Which ended up working out for us because Fancy Paws got him in and did WONDERS! My cousin (dog parent) said the entire staff was amazing and treated doggo so well!! They had to give him like three baths and trim away some of the super duper stuck on bits... But he came back looking INCREDIBLE!! (Plus he smelled great.) Thank you Fancy Paws for getting us in and for getting the retention pond out of the pup!

This is the 3rd or 4th time she has groomed my girl. Only wish she was open later so I could meet her! My parents are retired and have my Lady during the day. I’ve always had a mobile groomer but they have taken a while to get back to me and come. Dawn responds fast and has been able to get me in soon. Just moved from NJ in February and Lady isn’t used to the heat and is black, Dawn came to groom Lady within two days. Good experience.

My pup's anxiety during the groom session was also helpful to witness so I can determine the best options to keep her calm and less stressed as well as make things easier and more efficient for the groomer during a trim appointment. Thanks again to this team to accommodate my original groom request. You are a friendly, hardworking team and I appreciate your care of my pup.OriginalSo I had taken my Morkie to a private groomer and she didn't quite get the short cut I wanted on my pup's head, face, and legs. I waited about 3 weeks and was referred to Bubbles & Cuddles. I explained to the owner, Amber, the service I wanted and at the time she quoted me $65. I thought this was a bit high since my pup's body had been well groomed only a few weeks earlier but was willing to pay it if I got the head, face, and leg trim I wanted.I arrived about 8min late to my appt and immediately apologized. I'm afraid I'm not used to seasonal FL traffic. It appeared they were not grooming any dogs when we got there but were talking with a customer and his dog who left a few minutes later. It wasn't until later that evening that I received their text asking me to come a half-hour earlier than scheduled.I explained how the prior groomer had missed doing the shorter cut I requested and how the knots behind my pup's ears were neither brushed out or trimmed. I felt I explained the shorter cut I wanted very clearly. They may have mentioned that the cost for this groom would be higher but I do not recall and they definitely did not tell me a specific amount.So they took my pup off for a bath and I left to run some errands. When they called me that she was ready to be picked up I was on my final errand which took longer than expected. I got to the Spa as they were getting ready to close. When I looked at my pup I mentioned to the employee that I did want the head, ears, and even the legs trimmed much shorter than they were. The look they gave her may be a standard trim for her breed but I prefer the groom to last longer and for her to have the shorter cut. In any case, it was not as short as I requested. I was told to call back the next morning to discuss. Then I was told the charge was $80. When I asked why it was not the $65 I was originally quoted, I was told that amount only covered certain services and, though I could not tell where, they did more to trim her overall. To add insult to injury, I gave a $10 tip which I can ill afford at this time.I was not able to call back first thing the next morning but did call around noon the next day and left a message for the owner to call me when it was convenient for her so I could discuss my concerns. I never received a call back, or a text. I find this to be a strange way to do business.Lesson learned; be extremely specific, ask for the cost prior to any work commencing, return early enough to ensure service is satisfactory, pay and tip accordingly--not just because I feel like I am obligated to provide a tip.

She took a turn earlier today, and we knew she was nearing her end. Even though we weren't clients, they were able to swiftly take us in and examine her, and found issues other vets were not able to detect. The entire staff, from the reception, techs and vet himself all had such kind hearts and were so patient with us, giving us the compassion and time we needed. You could tell they were all so genuine, and that they really do put their hearts into what they do. Even through the process of having her go, they were all so kind to my family and I, and they made the unbearable process of saying goodbye bearable. Thank you so much, for all you do. Thank you for bringing peace to us and our little one, and for being a comfort to us all. It will never go unnoticed by us. If you ever considered going here, please take this as your sign to go. 2852 SE Bakersfield St, Port St. LucieI was pretty desperate when I reached out to Tracy. My labradoodle, Obie, was frightened by all different sounds. He would only eat with total quiet and most times required me or my husband to hand feed him. Every time someone came to the house it was nearly impossible to get him to stop barking. I would have to move him to another room.
Thank God for Tracy. She patiently worked with Obie to build his confidence. Today, Obie ate both of his meals on his own, in his crate. No need to coax him to eat. I now have a hungry dog who happily eats on his own. We also go for walks twice a day. No more fear, no more shaking, just a peaceful walk which I know he enjoys. When people stop by, he will bark, but he quickly stops when I ask and I no longer need to lock him away.
Obie is much more peaceful. I know this journey has just begun. I have full confidence that each day I will see more improvements.

The Humane Society of St. Lucie County
8890 Glades Cut Off Rd, Port St. LucieWe decided to visit the Humane Society last Tuesday “just to look at the animals “. My husband has wanted a pet to keep him company while I’m at work so we decided to look. Dominique, the feline manager, helped introduce us to a few of the cats and Curt and Amethyst immediately bonded.(Mind you there were many wonderful cats but these two clicked.) Needless to say she came home with us and has been the purrrfect match for him! She follows him around, dolphins constantly, catnaps on the headrest of his lounge chair when he sits down and thinks that our lizards are great entertainment.
Sweetie as we call her was not eating the first few days and Dominique has been right there with calls and text to help us out with ideas and support all week. After 2 days she finally decided food was good again so I believe she was just stressed between her recent spading and the move to a new home. We have had to do some adjusting to prevent our lizards from stressing out but I cannot thank the humane society, especially Dominique, for helping to guide us to a great match!! If I could capture the look on my husband’s face as he loves on her and plays with her it would be worth a thousand words!
If you have time and are considering adopting a pet I would encourage you to visit the humane society and go beyond the kitten room! They have many animals who’s personality have already come out and if given a bit of time with you may end up being a wonderful match. I’ve included a few photos to show how sweet our new family member is.
Please consider giving these more grown up cats and dogs a chance, the humane society will be right there to help and support you as you bring your new furbaby home!

UPDATE:
We added another member to our family. Her name is Calypso and her and Sweetie are best buddies! Curt continues to spoil the both of them and it is near impossible to have any more love between the 3 of them. Don’t get me wrong I love them too but I take a back seat to Curt in their eyes.
