We both visited the store today because we are trying to ween our Boston terrier to a different food brand, a man named chance was very helpful with any questions we had. After a women named Chrissy checked our items out and gave us some information as well and also was nice enough to give us coupons for the new brand of dog food for when we visit next time. I appreciate great customer service and will be going there more often!

Even a warm oil treatment for her paws. The staff is friendly, and very attentive. I highly recommend them. I have been using them for many years. I have always been thrilled with the service. 13330 Lincoln Rd, RiverviewWe see Dr. Wade typically and have also seen Dr. Fritz. Amazing vet practice! They are so good at explaining everything and keeping my babies comfortable.
Also, I will never forget how gentle and respectful Dr. Wade was when we had to put my best friend down. The entire staff made a very tough situation as gentle as it could be, and even sent a lovely card signed personally by everyone. I will never forget how kindly they treated us.
Additionally, they have a great puppy package. They do wonderful getting us scheduled quickly and no extensive wait time, they’re pretty prompt about appointment times.
This is a great business.

I’m so glad I found them for my pup, Luciano. From the ladies at the front desk, to the tech and vet, everyone was so welcoming, friendly and kind. I truly felt like they cared about my pups health and wellbeing. So thankful that I found them and I know Luciano will be one happy and healthy fur baby!

10931 Boyette Rd, RiverviewI was referred to Boyette Animal Hospital by a trusted friend. Once I established them as my dog Arlo's go-to veterinarian I needed a refill for anti-inflammation medicine. This required follow up blood work to ensure it would not cause other problems. Fast forward, because I was leaving town I was on a short leash and needed the prescription pronto. I wanted to compliment Tony who took my call near closing time for her professionalism and patience with helping me get my prescription filled. I also was really impressed with the TJ, the manager for her professionalism, responsiveness and effectiveness. I highly recommend Boyette Animal Hospital.
One Year Later - 2/9/2026 - Arlo had annual check up. All thumbs up. Dr. Audrey gave me a calorie plan to follow with Arlo. I had no idea how many calories were in Arlo's snacks. Corena was my tech for Arlo, she is really talented. The whole staff is so opposite the Vet franchises. Again, I am sticking with Boyette Animal Hospital!.

Likewise, our waiter was very friendly and helpful when it came to menu suggestions. Also worthy of praise was the diverse cocktail menu, especially the buccaneer mule and spicy margarita infused with a house made hot honey. The Bad: We booked a reservation for 6:45pm, got there 10 min early and still waited 85 minutes to be sat, and only after repeatedly asking the primary hostess for an update as we had a babysitter and had to be home by 9:30pm (she was very lacksidasical about the entire situation, kept telling us “it'll be just 10 more minutes” anytime we asked) and a secondary hostess finally telling the primary one this was unacceptable and just seating us at the next available table.
