I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get plain phosphate and greensand to blend my own plant food, but I got a very nice straw broom and some organic seeds. It's a nice place, very airy and open. Good prices and great people.

I saw an ad on Fb for this company that specializes in difficult trims. I cannot be happier or recommend them enough! They are so good to my pup and do such a great job. Bayshore Pet Resort
4804 S Manhattan Ave, TampaBenny has been going to bayshore pet resort ever since I got him back in April 2025. He is a very anxious dog but the employees at bayshore pet resort treat him so well. I am able to keep up with his time there through their Instagram. He is always happy leaving there and he enjoys many treats during his stays. All of the staff is extremely friendly and really pay attention to all the dogs needs. I book Benny for a lot of holidays which is a busy time and we’ve never had issues. He had a tooth extraction before one of his stays and they did a great job following post extraction instructions.
I would recommend bayshore pet resort to anyone in the south tampa area!

Dr. G and her team at South Tampa Veterinary Care are truly the best!!
I first went to STVC about two years ago with my sister’s dog when things were not looking good. Dr. G was thorough, attentive, understanding, realistic, and incredibly patient with all of our questions and concerns. She took exceptional care of him and allowed us to do everything we possibly could. Although he did not make it, we were grateful for the compassion and dignity she showed every step of the way.
After that experience, I began bringing my own dog to Dr. G. Recently, my sweet girl’s kidney levels were dangerously elevated, and again, it wasn’t looking promising. Dr. G walked me through every concern, set realistic expectations, and still gave me hope that we could try every appropriate course of action. She answered all of my calls and emails, went above and beyond, and made sure my girl and I had everything we needed to give her a fighting chance.
The front office staff and technicians are equally wonderful. They always made my little princess feel safe and comfortable and even let her stay in her stroller during hospital days to reduce her stress. That level of kindness matters more than words can express.
Today, Coco’s kidney levels have dropped dramatically, and she is slowly but steadily returning to her usual self at a “young” almost 14-year-old Yorkie.
I also want to thank Dr. Coons for thoughtfully writing a food prescription for my girl without me even asking after overhearing my conversation about how difficult it was to find something she would eat. That kind of attentiveness and care is rare.
Both doctors are dedicated and love what they do and that is incredibly apparent by their work ethic. They genuinely care not only about their patients but about the fur parents, too. You will not find a better veterinary team in Tampa.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing by our side and helping us get to where we are today.

They take such amazing care of him, and I always feel comfortable knowing he’s in good hands. One thing I really appreciate is how they always take the cutest pictures of your baby throughout the day. It makes being away from him so much easier when I get to see him having fun with his little friends.
They even go the extra mile by sending his food containers back home clean every single day after I bring his meals. That kind of attention to detail and thoughtfulness does not go unnoticed. And let me tell you — he is GOOD and exhausted after daycare, which means I know he’s had the best, most active day ever!

8405 N Himes Ave #105, TampaOverall, the restaurant is pretty good, and the food is decent. However, the biggest issue is that the food takes far too long to arrive. The staff are friendly and attentive more so than the owner. The restaurant definitely needs to improve its wait times.

3214 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampathey have a rotating menu every single day and it's always creative. my favorite everyday plate is the asian sesame bowl and i enjoy it cold. i can't go there without getting atleast one onigiri lol. everything on their menu is vegan and labeled if it's gluten free and/or soy free.

Saffron Xpress Indian & Indo Chinese Cuisine
302 East Davis Boulevard, TampaThis is the BEST Indian food and dare I say, some of the most delicious food on Earth!!! I have traveled to different continents and I’m the biggest foodie on the planet, and I will try anything recommended. I walk in new places and tell the people to please give me whatever the best food they serve is. When I say this food is nourishing to the soul, I would drive multiple hours for this food. Definitely worth traveling for and going out of the way!!! All of what I was served is just the greatest and the mango lassi…omg, no other place has the right to call their beverages mango lassi’s compared to Saffron Xpress! Ask for the butter chicken with chickpeas and rice plus some greens on top, you will be forever grateful for the love that goes into the food!!!

1208 E Kennedy Blvd Unit 112, TampaGot a draft peanut butter latte & a bearded banana. The draft latte is super yummy, peanut butter and coffee go so well together and it's not overly sweet. The bearded banana is really banana-forward in the best way. The guys at the front were so friendly, I hope to come back soon!

12008 Race Track Road, Tampagreat local breakfast spot for me, old fashioned diner atmosphere, with a welcoming feeling from friendly, happy staff. I typically get omelettes that are always perfect. The prices are reasonable and the place is always packed on the weekends. I’ve never had a bad meal, it’s always just what I was hoping for !

Hair of the Dog Park
4211 North Nebraska Avenue, TampaStarted coming here since Two Shepard's closed. Hair of the Dog is great in all the ways that matter. It's clean, well maintained, supervised, and safe. 5/5 on that front.
The issues are all the issues that come with being outside in Florida during the summer months.

Happy Tails of Tampa Pet Grooming
4317 W Kennedy Blvd, TampaCouldn’t recommend this groomer more! I’ve been brining my dog here for years. The attention to detail is incredible and my dogs always look great. Forgot to mention how clean it is inside. You can also see all of the dogs when you walk in which make me feel comfortable and that my dogs are well taken care of.

Bobcat Rehab
8013 N Meadowview Cir, TampaI don’t have words for how amazing Tiffany and her team are here at Bobcat Rehab and Sports Medicine. The team works as a collective, sharing different ideas and working together on each patient. They’re all so knowledgeable and share with you what’s actually happening with your therapy, versus just checking the boxes and trying to get you out the door so they can move on with their day. On top of that, Kelsi is phenomenal as well. Working with insurance companies is never fun in my experience, but Kelsi has the patients best interest in mind. Today as I was leaving and about to pay, she shared with me that she wanted to wait before running the copay because she had noticed there were some inconsistencies with what my insurance was sharing with them.
All in all, I’ve never looked forward to PT… and now it’s the highlight of my week! I’m literally writing this review in the parking lot of the business because I felt the need to express just how amazing this team is… Thank you Bobcat Rehab and Sports Medicine!!!

Northwest County Dog Park
8951 W Waters Ave, TampaThis park is really cool, I didn't even know park like this exists. I went there with my dog, and there were other dogs with there owner, and everyone was friendly. The dogs were able to play around without the leash with each other. There was drinking water supply for dogs and water for a quick wash for your dog as well.

Davis Island Dog Park
1002 Severn Ave, TampaI'm not going to go into too much detail about it simply because I like it I really like this area and so I'm giving it five stars the water was a little dirty compared to like Clearwater and it was definitely cooler compared to swimming directly in the Gulf but as a Tampa resident I liked it there's also a lot of boats in the water so it's really good for just looking at boats while walking in sand the dog park itself was nice but I liked the little Beach area I don't think dogs are allowed on the area I was in but it was still fantastic

The Humane Society of Tampa Bay
3607 N Armenia Ave, TampaJoe was my family’s adoption counselor and he was very rude and condescending. He talked to my family like we were Uneducated and never had a pet in our lives ! Now we are different but we are Americans so I don’t know why he treated us so poorly. This guy left a bad impression and we will not be returning. Now we adopted our first pet there 9 years ago and never was treated like that! We love our new baby and I can say it was worth the mistreatment but really! This was bad!! Just wanted to know if anyone had the same experience with him?
Update: Humane Society is amazing to resolve the issue immediately . They don’t play around. Thank you for seeing into this situation I truly appreciate it.
