“I liked the staff. They were very friendly and my rental was ready at the time of my reservation. Shout out to Lane, you’re awesome. The reservation was also easy to extend. However, there is a $300 deposit. My email did not mention it. It really caught me off guard. Some people don’t have $300 to spare, you know? While the deposit is refunded, it can take up to a week. I have rented from other companies and have never had a deposit that high.”
