“I called a BMO location a few weeks ago on Beneva and was told a rep would call me back. No one ever called me back. I decided to try again with a downtown branch and had so much more of a pleasant experience. I called in the morning and spoke to Maureen to help schedule a same day appointment. She was very friendly and responsive, calling me back within 15 minutes to schedule an appointment. I met with Joaquin this afternoon and was very impressed with his extreme level of professionalism. He is also very personable and a great listener. He took his time with me and explained my options very thoroughly. I highly recommend him and look forward to our ongoing business relationship.”

“Beneva and University branches have very helpful staff while somewhat understaffed. Keep those drive-thrus open - they are very much needed with our senior population here in Florida and I would never go to Bank of America as they have shut down many of their drive-thru options. Heat, rain and physical handicaps make it hard for others to go into the branch to conduct simple transactions. Would also like to see a few more branches instead of closings like Lakewood Ranch and Ringling branches.”
