I would give 0 stars if I could!! Been without internet for 2 weeks and counting. They have no date when the internet will be restored. Zero resolution. Worst internet company ever.

Beware they want to charge you an installation fee. You don't get your equipment on time. I've spent 41/2 hours with them on the phone and no resolution

Unless you want to spend your entire retirement getting your bills straight, DO NOT GO TO FRONTIER. It has been a nightmare trying to switch from Xfinity to Frontier/Verizon. Thirty plus hours so far and no resolution. Bill after bill and no end in sight.
