“I went in looking for a wind chime and was told they were already out of season. You're a discount store. You should have stuff like this throughout the store for any season, especially Florida.
I also was looking for a few other things but since they were switching stuff over to Halloween all the stuff that I went in looking for they didn't have anymore. So I guess I'll be going online and finding what I need somewhere else!”

“This location is always busy and clean. Staff is always pleasant. Location is near the fresh fruit stand so it makes it a great stop for lottery, gas and snacks (unhealthy and healthy). Getting out and back on to 301 towards 75 is a pain but a quick u-turn exiting by the fruit stand onky takes an extra minute.”

“Casey, the manager in the Juniors department, was incredibly helpful and patient. My issue was completely my fault, but she handled the situation professionally and helped resolve it quickly, all while assisting other customers in between.
She could have easily shown frustration or anger over a situation that I caused, but she never did. Instead, she remained kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire experience.
My experience at Dillard’s in Brandon was a positive one entirely because of the excellent service Casey provided. She is a true asset to the store and deserves recognition for the way she treats her customers.”

“I was looking for a few new basics and ended up finding more than I expected. The store had a nice mix of styles without feeling overwhelming, and everything was organized pretty well. One of the employees checked in to see if I needed another size, which I appreciated since they weren't pushy about it. Prices felt fair for the quality, and the checkout was quick. I already wore one of the shirts the next day and it fit great after washing too. Definatly a place I'd come back to when I need more clothes.”

“I truly appreciate the help I received from a sales associate named Isaiah at this location today. It was pouring down raining and he allowed me to leave my items in his care while I retrieved my vehicle. He then put my heavy shopping bags into my trunk when I pulled up with my vehicle. I have been shopping at this location with my two pups for years and it is always a pleasure to do so for both my furbabies and I.”
“Picked up laundry detergent, a pack of socks, and a bag of frozen chicken. Aisles were clean and the stuff I needed was right where it should be. Self-checkout was fast. Easy stop. I'll keep using this one.”

“I had such an amazing experience at the JCPenney Beauty Department thanks to Kayla and Anahis. I came in looking for some makeup ideas, but honestly I was feeling a little down. The incredible customer service and kindness I received from both ladies completely changed my day. They made me feel like I was being pampered at a spa.
Kayla did my makeup and I absolutely loved how it turned out. Her attention to detail, creativity, and knowledge really stood out. She helped me learn a new way to do my eyes and showed me techniques for my eyebrows that I truly appreciated. She made me feel confident and beautiful.
Anahis was also amazing with her beautiful smile, welcoming personality, and wonderful customer service. The atmosphere they created was so positive, comfortable, and inviting.
I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be coming back. Thank you both for making me feel special and for providing such a great beauty experience!

“I do not frequent American Eagle very often as I am a 48 year-old mother of adults. However, I had bought a pair of jeans back in February. (PERFECT EVERYTHING) I’ve gained a little weight since then as it’s July so I was on the hunt for this one particular pair of jeans in the next size up. There was a Young man named Angel, who helped me try on at least 11 different pairs of jeans. We actually found the EXACT jeans I was looking for! He is a GODSEND. “Walmart Pharmacy at this location is the best pharmacy I’ve utilized in years. The pharmacist(Steven) went above and beyond when I stated my father was visiting and we extended his stay. I had no clue what meds my father needed and Steven jump right in to assist. His customer service gave me the feel of the small hometown pharmacist that went out of their way to ensure all your needs were met, Steven really cares about people and it shows. Other customers were walking away saying how nice the staff is and how much they love it.”
“My friend and I needed some tools for our car, so we headed straight to Walmart. We knew we could find what we needed there quickly and efficiently. This particular Walmart is large and offers a wide variety of food items, including different types of food options. They also sell good quality clothing and a variety of tools. The checkout process was easy and we were able to get in and out with our purchases in no time.”

“I want to give 5 stars to Graciela, who was a wonderful help to me the minute i walked in. I was piecing together outfits for a trip I have coming up and she was super attentive & sweet and helpful. I would overall give 0 stars to the store manager an older lady that day, who was making me feeling very uncomfortable, she was basically following me around the store as if I was intending to steal something, was not friendly, just very nosey and overall profiling me. I did end up places my items on hold because it was my first stop in the mall and partially because of the old lady, she was wearing a dark purple set with, i remember because once again she was making me uncomfortable. Unfortunately, she didn’t create a welcoming environment. However Graciela did and if i find myself in the area again I hope she is working!!”

I have been in most Ross stores that look like a cyclone has went through it . But I have found the cutest outfit but not in my size or style area . I find it in the most unusual location. It apparently been labeled the wrong size and hung in the wrong area . digging through and finding your perfect fit clothes that have been labeled wrong and
/or hung in the wrong area have made your digging and searching fun like a treasure hunt .”
