“I've been needing to write this review for awhile now, but after living here for almost 2 years, I feel pretty confident in my experience with Fairways at Feather Sound.My favorite part of living at Fairways is definitely the community and views all around. There are plenty of walking grounds and sidewalks all over to enjoy a nice walk or run. The community and apartments itself has lights in the parking area and leading to your door, so even at night, I feel very safe which is an important priority to me.I love my bedroom view facing the water, and I still can't get over all the natural light I get in my apartment. The sunroom is one of my favorite things in my unit, and my plants love it too.Everyone I have met at this community has been very kind and understanding, especially Ana. I love the maintenance team as well - I've had the pleasure of meeting Charlie a few times and my work orders I submit are always done in a timely manner- usually very fast after I submit them!Out of all the apartments I have lived in, Fairways is definitely my favorite. Although my unit isn't upgraded like most are, the views and community definitely make up for it so I can't complain. I love the location of Fairways, only about a 15 min drive to Downtown Saint Pete, and very close to the interstate if wanting to go to Tampa. Publix is across the street too! Truly a great experience living here. Thank you Fairways for making me feel right at home.”

“Let me just say in my 21 years of living in my own places this complex is by far the greatest that I’ve been at and the apartment manager edvin is the GOAT he is literally the best apartment manager that I have ever had in my history of renting. When I need something fixed there at the door to fix it by the time I hang up the phone. This place is just amazing, and the management is insane!!! Definitely a 5 star!”
“Lived here for three years and loved it. Awesome location with easy access to the water. Super close to stores, gas stations and Corey Ave Sunday market. The team is very friendly and reliable. They completed all repair requests within 24 hours. The residents are really nice and welcoming as well. A fantastic community!”

My walk through process was good and the apartment was in great shape for me to move in. I must admit I was a expecting it to be the way I say the layout on the website but once I move my belongings in, it w ouuu old be fabulous. I love the welcome packet that was given to me and how the prepare their new tenants with information when moving in. I'm expecting great things for the next year.”
“So I lived here back in 2019, and left but now I’m here again in 2024 under different management, and oh my god, how AMAZING! This has been the best experience I’ve had renting from anywhere. If you want the easiest smoothest time come here and speak to Dawn in the front office she is a GODSEND! “We recently moved in here. The neighborhood is beautiful. Two giant pools and clubhouses. Ebony was amazing helping us through the move in process. Super friendly and helpful. Joan was also awesome about helping me get all the paperwork I needed together. Our apartment was in great shape and very nice even though they told us it was the non-renovated unit. We're very happy.”

“I have lived here many years - the building has been through many changes, all for the better. Management is great. They have nice activities for us. We are close to shopping. The building is secure. Pool is kept very clean. Building is quiet. Maintenance does their best to get to your issue in a timely manner, you must remember there are only 3 of them and over 200 apartments. I enjoy using the gym. Walking the halls for exercise. My husband enjoys the billiards table. I do wish we had a little dog park- maybe someday. I’m so thankful the Lexington takes Section 8. And I am happy to call the Lexington club home.”

And at a time when everything has been chaotic from this years hurricane season, he has shown kindness even when he didnt have to. He also has done an great job to resolve any of the issues I've had in the apartment in a timely manner. He is awesome!”

“I'd like to share my review of our visit to this complex. Last Saturday, we had the chance to explore this wonderful house. As soon as we walked in, Olga warmly welcomed us and took us on an hour-long tour, showing us all the available options and providing thorough explanations. It was a fantastic experience! We had been to a few other houses before, all of which were good, and were already thinking about applying to one of them. However, our visit to this house changed our minds, and we decided to apply here. We can't wait to move in!”
