“Pinecraft shoes is now the only place I will get my work boots from. Went in yesterday to have my current work boots fixed and he stopped what he was doing to see if it was something he could do and within 10 minutes I was walking back out with my work boots fixed. I feel terrible for not remembering their names but the man and woman who were there were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I would suggest everyone give them a try when looking for boots, shoe repair, clothing and leather goods.”

They brought out a ton of shoes for him to try on, helped him when he bumped his head doing his antics, and told me about the sale they had going. Jacki seemed to know exactly what I needed, even though I was skeptical. Despite my trust issues, Jacki completely won me over. The woman knows shoes and how to get you in the right pair. Additionally, I have die hard been against insoles because they tend to fill up my shoes too much, but Jacki knew exactly what I needed, and after I brushed the egg off my face, I conceded that Jacki knew exactly what she was doing. I feel really fortunate to have run into Jacki today and gotten her assistance. Not only did she find me exactly what I needed, she made the experience fun for me too. Thank you for all your help! “I was a ride along with my friend who needed to exchange some shoes for her grandmom for size. She would up getting the original color she wanted and they were cheaper here for some reason.We virtually had the whole place to ourselves without being hassled or saying excuse me trying not to be in someone else's way.Huge variety of shoes, neat store not messy. The two ladies who assisted us were helpful. They explained that shows can also be ordered and delivered if you do not find your size. Great transaction.”

From the moment of her friendly greeting when I came in to the very end of my happy purchase, she showed she was knowledgeable, understanding & patient, and offered options. I needed both house shoes and office work shoes and after trying on about 10 pairs of work-type shoes that didn't work perfectly for my particular feet issues (supination = lateral side pain to name one issue) she went the extra mile while showing no impatience or frustration. The store became busy quickly with customers and she was the only one on staff at that time, yet she handled everything & everyone perfectly without ever making me feel I was being neglected. “Super cute store that just opened in downtown St. Pete! Friendly staff, good prices and very generous return policy. They are mother-daughter owned, both of them own and operate both locations. “It's really nice. Merchandise is pricy. I purchased one Christmas gift. Unusual item $30. . So I paid the high price. No offer of gift wrap, no cheerful tissue.. But very nice sweet cute young lady checked me out. Even came around on my side of the counter to hand me the small white paper bag with a pretty smile and Good eye contact. Molly's has a good location, Stickney Point Road, first strip mall off the South Bridge, by New Balance, Able"s Ice Cream, and Special Nutrition, is where you'll find this nice small gift store.”
