“I needed a phone that had super important information from a couple years back, didn't expect to need the phone again so never fixed it. When I was requested for the information I brought my phone to Eric at Orange phone care and he hooked it up. Gave me a great deal on fixing the screen, but also fixed the battery as well with spare parts he had otherwise the phone still would not have worked. Pricing was fantastic, and also it feels good to know where to go if I have any issues with my personal cell phone or many of the mobile phones my business / employees use.”
“Hail Mary! ? Joe is fantastic! I found myself in a tough spot after my phone was run over and completely destroyed. I reached out to Joe on January 26th, and even on short notice, he was able to give me three different options for retrieving my contacts and files, along with estimated time frames. I chose the same-day option, which involved transferring my mother board to another phone of the exact same model. The prices were fair for the convenience and peace of mind. The team is very knowledgeable, and their customer service is excellent. Joe was both informative and friendly. I would recommend this place a hundred times over!”

“We were leaving ATT to bundle with Spectrum. We had been to Spectrum in Pavillion several times. I went last night to Spectrum with info. Was told I had to go to ATT for current info. Customer service at the Spectrum store was absolutely terrible. I went to Att and Peter, even though I was leaving, went out of his way to assist. “This review is for Jay, specifically. He gets 5 stars. He went beyond what was expected.
If you come to the store, bring your patience with you. Be nice to the people behind the counter. Metro only schedules one employee on Sunday. They should really have 2 people working the counters at all times. It's unfair to everyone.
I was lucky enough to work with Jay. He has been with the company for 10 years, and there is good reason why. When it was my turn, he exceeded my expectations. He set up my new line and phone, got my tablet working and provided a customer service experience that people could really learn from. It's all about how you talk to people. He controlled the room while managing each issue, one at a time.
I have been a customer for a while and I will stay here because of service like that. Thanks, Jay.

“Kenny is a real asset to T-Mobile. He goes way beyond what is necessary. Couldn’t get Bluetooth to work in car and he came outside and helped to get to work. Very knowledgeable. Just came in store phone wouldn’t turn on. Kenny said it updated and showed me what to do if it happened again. He definitely should be commended for this and get some compensation.”

“We came in about our bill and products that was offered from a representative in Target. Alex explained everything to us, resolve some issues that we had that was incorrect made changes that were necessary, Made , phone calls and gave us the necessary information used to resolve the issue. The staff in the corporate location are very knowledgeable I am willing to help it was courtesy and quick and didn’t take unnecessary time. The offer of product yet thought can be used. Explain the Internet, which show will be getting soon offered up the television network as while I hadn’t used in a while and I, but I am considering.”

I went in unsure about upgrading my plan and switching devices, but Anthony took the time to listen to exactly what I needed, explained all the options clearly (no high-pressure sales pitch), and found me a great deal that saved me money while getting exactly the features I wanted.
