When I was requested for the information I brought my phone to Eric at Orange phone care and he hooked it up. Gave me a great deal on fixing the screen, but also fixed the battery as well with spare parts he had otherwise the phone still would not have worked. Pricing was fantastic, and also it feels good to know where to go if I have any issues with my personal cell phone or many of the mobile phones my business / employees use.”
“Hail Mary! ? Joe is fantastic! I found myself in a tough spot after my phone was run over and completely destroyed. I reached out to Joe on January 26th, and even on short notice, he was able to give me three different options for retrieving my contacts and files, along with estimated time frames. I chose the same-day option, which involved transferring my mother board to another phone of the exact same model. The prices were fair for the convenience and peace of mind. I was in there a few months ago and didn’t leave happy and he was the one who helped me this time and he was efficient, he did his due diligence and he made sure I got what I came there to get, he got done what I thought wasn’t going to get done, and he appreciated my business and he was as excited about me getting my new phone as I was. Between this and going to a corporate store I choose this store. The corporate stores don’t care, don’t try and seem like they don’t want you to even get a phone. This is the only store I will go to, recommend , or endorse. The manager was very awesome too. They care that I’m happy and want my return business. I can’t say that about many places anymore. It seems like places don’t even care about customer service or satisfaction. And that is why I never go to the same place when they do their job well and never go back when they don’t.Marlin was great. I’m excited to work with him in the future and i know he will do what he says he will. He did great and it was a business account and his first one and there was a duplicate application with a prior ATT situation months ago when I was able to get anything after hours of working on it. This is the longest positive review I have ever wrote and I’m one of those people who does intend to write good reviews but then just never get to it. If I could I would have bud light make a “here’s you, Mr. Get me that phone I’ve been wanting but people keep messing it up guy””

Just came in store phone wouldn’t turn on. Kenny said it updated and showed me what to do if it happened again. He definitely should be commended for this and get some compensation.”

“James is the absolute best! I am severely technically challenged and he made what would have been a nightmare for me as smooth as silk. And with the Internet not working and my old phone not taking a charge, and the transfer from one phone to the next not cooperating, I am telling you James is like a warrior with this technical stuff!
