“The place is a bit older but the staff are very kind and helpful. location is perfect, there are plenty of boutiques and shops to explore, but isnt too far for an inexpensive uber downtown. A perfect place to stay for someone who wants to get out and explore and crash in their room when they're done!”

“The Vagabond is a no frills great place to stay. The room was comfortable and the pool was clean. Would have scored higher if the hotel had better parking, better coffee, an included breakfast, and more amenities. The shower was excellent and the overall location is prime.”

“Wonderful hotel..loved our stay here..we were there for two nights. Check in and check out was easy. The front desk staff is super nice. The hotel looks really clean and people are always cleaning. We were in a room with two beds and the room was super spacious. All the amenities that you would expect here. Beds were very comfortable and when we got back, beds were always made every day. hot breakfast was really good and the seating area around is nice, multiple toasters , multiple waffle irons which makes it quick. Pastries , scrambled eggs, hash browns etc in hot breakfast. Ice machines in every floor, nice gym area. Plenty of parking. Close to restaurants. “Upscale hotel bar resembling the decor of an old library- lighting on the dimmer side (to set the right mood), a fireplace, bookshelves, etc. The service is great, and the bartenders know their way around craft cocktails. The food served comes from the hotel restaurant- it is decent. The best is their happy hour menu, which offers select bites and classic cocktails for $8 each. They are good. “Worse hotel I've ever been in my life. I rather stay at a holiday inn than ever put a feet back in this establishment. The service is JUST SO BAD. They scream at you, housekeeping service does not come to do your room even if you call 4 times. They dont even leave you towels. This is absolutely insane. Never stay here.”

“Food & drinks: Surprised the breakfast had no meats; I am used to sausage or bacon or similar. Otherwise very nice. Love the complimentary lobby coffee 24x7.Noteworthy details: Our room seemed to have an AC outlet or USB port every 3 feet...I've never seen more! Very handy.”

“Horel needs more maintenance. Very clean rooms, but our room 318 was very loud at night, and there was no view. We paid over $ 600 a night. Service at beach and in the bars are very good.”

“Enter Year of the Dragon ~ What a splendiferous place to reunite with local and out-of-state friends to kick off our food festival birthday aquatic theme celebration weekend here! I've always enjoyed every stunning Mandarin Oriental location I've visited in the past. I would expect nothing less of the Lunar New Year prosperity decor and spectacular Miami Biscayne Bay waterfront night skyline views at Mandarin Oriental Miami. We enjoyed Peruvian dinner at La Mar by Gaston Acurio inside the hotel where my event industry friend has done business at this venue. If only we had more time before our next destination of the evening. I would happily return here for relaxing drinks in the sleek lounge or catch a sunset the next time we are in this Magic City.”

“The hotel staff was very welcoming and professional. Our room had an awesome view from the balcony and was very clean and comfortable. We also ate lunch at the restaurant and the food was very good. The service staff was very nice but had to be flagged down for service. Additionally, we ordered room service and were not happy with our food. We ordered 2 burgers: a well done and medium well burger with Mayo on the side. Even though the ticket showed the correct order both burgers were medium st best and no Mayo with order. We didn’t complain; just too tired to wait for another order so ate the fries threw away the burgers”

“We decided to book a last minute staycation for our anniversary. This place was a pleasant surprise. Service in Miami is hot or miss and everything about the service here was pure luxury. The staff is absolutely exceptional. Every singe one. They make you really feel like you are at home. Its very cosy and warm, like your staying with friends. Not a hotel. We are excited to make this a new annual tradition for our anniversary. Darren went above and beyond for us. We will not forget any of the staff here - but he truly made our anniversary special.”

“This property is beautiful. Staff is amazing. I had a couple issues upon arrival in my room (loose toilet seat and glass shower wall) and they had someone to come fix it expeditiously. I also was able to attend a lil reception for guests, appetizers and drink of choice by the pool with live music and dancer. The property is secure, have to check in with a guard at the gate so I loved that knowing not just anyone can be on the property.”

“OUR BRAND NEW JEEP GLADIATOR GOT STOLEN FROM THERE PARKING LOT!!! Booked a park sleep fly & came back to no car! We are besides ourselves & can’t help but wonder if hotel had something to do with it. At check in they make you fill out a form. Year, make, model, when you arrived & when you will be coming back. Then they make you park in back of building with no surveillance! Open bait for a dirty employee if you ask me. Employee that night didn’t act at all surprised & told me I had to deal with cops. Paid $331 to get our car stolen. Called & spoke to the manager the next morning & asked them what they were going to do & was told I had to go through our insurance. No offer of anything! If you want your car when you come back, DO NOT STAY HERE!Safety: Horrible!!!”

“Hip place to stay. We stayed there for three nights and you won't hear any complaints. Rooms were neat and nicely decorated. a cup of coffee with a bagel in the morning. Bus that stops in front of the door. Friendly staff. Top.”

“Highly recommend! Clean rooms, great breakfast and good customer service. Breakfast ends at 10am and it was 9:55am and the staff was still filling empty containers :) Bed very comfortable and thick comforters on top of sheets. Towel were soft and felt almost brand new. Hotwls is walking distance feom lots of shopping places. You will not be dissapointed.”

“This is an older property, but it is so well maintained! The hotel is beautiful and set back off the main strip, convenient to all the great stuff. The staff were very attentive and nice - Khiara, Marcus, and Amanda always replied quickly to my requests in the Hilton app! And they even left a special surprise for us on our anniversary. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!”

These flowers are from a convention that was held in the hotel and they fit the ambiance of the hotel. “We stayed with my husband for 2 nights this weekend. The hotel is gorgeous, no doubt.The service…hum. We had breakfast at the Fontana, beautiful patio. We were 5 , the ladies were served last, ok fine , maybe not for the hotel standards. The egg Benedict were served on a cold plate, not even lukewarm. The food was lukewarm, and the potatoes had been precooked quite a while ago. I wish I was exaggerating. This is the Biltmore Hotel, not the holiday Inn express! ( the food is warm there)The best part was yesterday morning, we decided to meet with a couple of friends for breakfast , the 2 were over 90. It was 53° and windy and the only place available was outside on the patio. The gentleman at the front desk , who was covered appropriately for the cold had zero problem telling us there was no indoor dining room. He suggested the bakery inside the hotel, but there are no tables there. I thought about the hotel lobby and we ended bringing our breakfast there. Thinking that out of the 3 people we asked, none of them suggested the lobby; Basically, it was nobody’s concern . We never saw a person in charge. Is there one? Don’t know.I’ve been visiting this hotel for a long time , having lunch a bunch of times and was dreaming of staying there one day. I am so disappointed…”

“It is a hotel near the airport, good for one night, with a comfortable room, a fairly complete complimentary breakfast... but the indoor pool was not accessible, they did not notify us at the time of booking.There is an in-out transfer service to the airport and it never looked for us... all the other services at the other hotels came and went, the one at the Best W. Plus never came.”

“A good place to stay. The hotel is older, but it is still fine. I slept well enough. The room is dark and quiet at night. The beds are comfortable and clean. Lots of bathroom countertop space. Typical Hyatt breakfast, which is good. The location is good, near many restaurants and a grocery store. It is in a nice neighborhood. Free parking. Wifi was below average. It was around 5Mbps, but I could not stream a TV show without interruption. I paid 9500 points per night.”

“I've been staying here for the past 14 years and I've seen many front desk personals come and go but yesterday the worst I've had in my life . The room is paid for by my employer but the refused to check me in without cc as I lost my wallet and had none on my personal thinking and assuming that I might be charging things to the room and not paying for it even though my company pays for an average of 100 rooms every day in this propy . I would love to discuss this further with upper management so please feel free to reach out to me .”
