“We are brand new to TMobile & my husband and I were looking to establish an account and transfer our numbers over. We went to the store at 1916 W Brandon Blvd & we were cordially greeted by Mobile Expert Andres Caicedo. I have worked in customer service quite a bit and have been a customer my whole life. Andres was exceptional. There were obstacles with login issues & delays with the systems speed and a few hiccups but he handeled it all with the highest level of professionalism & patience. He didnt compain or dig or put anyone down. Not once. He was organized and had a very efficient workflow. I had to come back the next day to finish my Phones update and I was glad to do it since working with Andres was a terrific experience! He remembered the info i told him and I didnt have to repeat it because he wrote things down. He LISTENED to our needs & offered us things that were a good fit for our needs and the price. He didnt just shove an upsale down our throats. He helped reassure me that I wouldnt loose my important phone content & it gave me great peace of mind. Excellent sales, soft skills, communication (written & verbal), attention to detail & highly KNOWLEDGEABLE (SME - subject matter expert). He needs a raise & a promotion! My only regret was that I didn’t gotten a survey for him yet! People like him make a difference and have what it takes to be great! I celebrate and honor him today! “I have never done this for a mobile provider. I went in to discuss my option to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile…..SO GLAD I DID! Talked with one of the Jeffrey’s at one of the desk….professional and sense of easement and reassurance. Ended up moving over 3 lines to T-Mobile, upgrading a phone, transferring existing phone numbers. Not gonna lie, not a quick process but it is what it is anywhere. End of the day - Jeffrey T (what his tablet said) is awesome!! New to area and we are lucky to have him!”

“DEFNITELY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT/RESERVATION ON THEIR WEBSITE. I had a 10:20 appt today. I got to the store at 10am and was our the door by 10:10am. There were a few customers but they had a great Rep named THOMAS! “We had a great experience here. We came in frustrated because we had trouble with visible by verizon, a 3rd party service, when trying to switch carriers on my wife's phone. We came in with low expectations but there were several really nice guys right at the door who greeted us and got to helping us right away. We asked about options other than visible and ended up getting to upgrade my wife's phone and set up a new plan for her within just a few minutes. I had lots of questions but Chris who helped us gave me every option and laid it out for us to choose, no BS. It was a great overall experience and we are happy we came to this location!”
“Set up the appointment to replace a modem that was fried in a lighting storm. Got there, checked in and I'd say within 15 mins I was at the desk exchanging for a new one. Easy in and easy out.
The store itself was set up nicely with various products on display. It was clean and neat.”
“After one week of service, I am very happy with Frontier internet. The price is much lower than the competition. Installation was easy and they threw in extras like a free modem and mesh router system. Internet speed is modesty better than the competition and there have been no outages. Also, there are no download volume limits and I expect to receive a $200 gift card soon.”
