“Samsung phone wouldn't update. Tried everything. Verizon was useless. Hours on support, 2 different stores no help, no updates. Brought to uBreak and within an hour had Android 16 flashed onto to phone and got my first security update today. FIXED! Thank you!”

“I drove really far just to come to this AT&T store, and it was 100% worth it. From the moment I walked in, the whole team was amazing. I worked with Alex, and he was honestly the best!! super knowledgeable, patient, and made everything easy to understand without rushing me at all. Cam was also great and very welcoming, and you can tell the store is run well because the manager, Matt, clearly leads a solid team. The customer service here is on another level compared to other stores I’ve been to. I’d absolutely make the drive again and highly recommend this location to anyone.”

“Ashley at the boost mobile store in Port Richey was the best and quickest store manager I've ever dealt with. She switched my wife's and my phone so easily to our new service tailored to our needs,all the while multitasking helping another customer pay his bill. Wow, she's amazing .

“I had to call and ask SEVERAL questions about service, price points and phones. Ed answered all of them and was not only kind, courteous and patient, but he gave me a plethora of information so that I could help and inform my 85 year old father. He was incredibly upbeat and positive and I was already happy with Cricket but Ed was just one more reason that I would recommend Cricket! My only complaint is not with Ed but with Cricket, we live in the USA and I was appalled and very disappointed that as a Navy daughter and U.S. Marine Corps mother, the company does NOT give Military discounts. That is shameful! We would not have the freedoms we have without the men and women that have fought and continue to fight for our country!”

“I broke my iphone 6 screen and I took it to a place in Armenia ave and adtwr I got my phone back the touchscreen never worked property so I was in the mall and I showed tbe problem to Isa in Cape phone repair and she openes the phone and reconnect the new screen and everything worked great and she didn't charge me anything. Thank you.”
