“Daniel did amazing!! He had my teenagers broken phone screen done in under an hour with having to deal with the store packed with other peoples broken electronics. In addition he also was very responsive with answering the phone everytime I called in the hour plus dealing with all the other people walking in (he didn’t even get annoyed with me lol) honestly couldn’t have gone better thank you so much Daniel!! He said they could replace the battery and asked if I had insurance on my phone bc I might be eligible for a replacement and helped me file a claim. I hadn't thought of that. Also said when I get my new phone, they could help transfer the data and I could get a new screen protector at no charge through my insurance. It was nice to have a good customer service experience and knowledge people. Thanks Rob!”
