“I’ve been to a million different places for batteries through Florida and Nick and Will are by far the best place for batteries in the state not just the area.
It felt like I was with family changing out a battery. The prices beat anyone in a 50 mile radius guaranteed and the service is amazing.
Not just me but every family member and friend that needs any battery I will refer to here.”

“SERVICE: The customer service at this location is exceptional! When I arrived, I saw one of the store attendance walking out to assist another customer. He is very attentive, walking the other customer to their car to help with an issue.
Upon entering the store, Jamie assisted us with purchasing an auto part. We weren’t sure what exactly we needed for our car so he came to check out the Maque model and what was wrong with the car after a very quick assessment Jamie was able to grab us the part we needed.
He went even further to tell us that the part was under warranty, but we didn’t even need to keep the receipt they just required a phone number and a name. If the part is defective or breaks within one year, we can easily come back to the same store to receive a new part.
PRODUCTS: this store has everything you could possibly need for your car. No seriously I mean anything if you need parts for repairs supplies for car washes air fresheners oil you name it they have it.
While looking around the store, I also noticed there is a pick up spot so you can order products online and have them conveniently stored so you can grab and go without the hassle of searching the aisles.
They even had hot wheels and Pixar’s cars toys. I thought this was a little funny but also totally makes sense for a store that carries car products.
EXPERIENCE: I chose this store because it was conveniently on the way home from another errand. I found the store on Google and chose it because they were the latest opened auto repair shop in the area. It was great to have an auto shop open late on a Saturday.
The store was very clean and well organized. I noticed that the shelves were fully stocked. I would absolutely come back to this store again in the future.”

Sorry our battery warranty had expired three days before. They would give us $50 off a new battery… we were about to buy a battery from Sam’s Club when the guy there heard our story and said Val another store and talk to a manager… that’s crazy for just three days. Called Jamie at the Longwood store and she was helpful from the minute I explained the situation. She got us taken care of in minutes, with a smile. If I was in this area, I would definitely ALWAYS see Jamie for any car needs. She was the absolute best and with an amazing smile! Thanks Jamie!!”

“I don't know if Icwould recommend regular batteries because I buy the cheap multipacks of generic batteries. But as far as CAR batteries, I think they have very good prices over all of the other auto parts retailers and a better inventory than Wal-Mart, which is usually sold out of the size I need for my cars. I needed a replacement for one I purchased just over 2 years ago. The warranty was 3 years,so they gsve me a brand new battery with no hassle.”
“About a year ago I came here had a battery issue and had to purchase a new battery also turned out when I pulled into the parking lot I had a flat tire.The manager showed his true hospitality and really cared for my issue at hand.A year later I did return back here and thought I had a battery issue but my battery was perfectly fine. His hospitality has not changed. I would not go anywhere else in Orlando for a battery.”

That experience was the pure definition of that.”
“I stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts to get what I needed for an oil change, and the experience was honestly way better than I expected. The manager was super helpful and really took the time to make sure I got the right oil and filter for my car. He didn’t rush me, just gave honest advice and explained the differences between the options so I could make the best choice.
What I appreciated most was how approachable and knowledgeable he was. I don’t know a ton about cars, but he made me feel comfortable asking questions and made the whole process really simple. You can tell he actually cares about the customers.
Definitely a solid experience—I’ll be coming back next time I need something for my car.”

“Stopped in today to get a couple of batteries for my key fobs for the car. And Jordan bent over backwards to help me. I didn't even know how to open the fob and my husband and I both have looked at it extensively. And he popped it right open and explained the steps. He made it look so easy. It's great to finally have good customer service at a store again. After covid it seems like the world's turned upside down and a lot of times they act like you should be happy they're there to serve you. That was definitely not the case today. Way to go Jordan thank you thank you thank you, one happy customer. I told him I would give him 10 Stars if I could because I got that good of service.”

“I stopped by this place because I happened to see a sign out front stating they replace key fob batteries. I have a four year old Toyota and ended up getting the lifetime replacement battery for 23 bucks. The manager was very helpful and friendly and it took just a couple minutes to get it completed. Highly recommend.”
