looking for a fish aquarium and had a really great experience. The guy who helped me first was awesome he was super knowledgeable honest and gave me fantastic advice on all the options. He really took the time to explain everything.
Then when I started looking at chameleons the woman who helped me was amazing. She was so kind and patient answering every single question and doubt I had. She made the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable.
The entire staff was made up of such kind helpful people. Its an amazing place with great employees who clearly care. I highly recommend this location especially if youre in the Orlando area. Thanks so much to both of them and the whole team

14152 Narcoossee Rd Suite 350, OrlandoI genuinely cannot say enough good things about Dr. Heather Lipp and the entire team at CityVet Lake Nona. After everything we have gone through with Kobe recently, I’m extremely grateful that we had Dr. Heather taking care of him.
Kobe is our 16-year-old male Shih Tzu, so at his age, any sudden change in his health is scary. We originally brought him in because he had gotten very sick with stomach issues. He had diarrhea, bloody stool, wasn’t eating like himself, and his energy had completely changed.
From the beginning, Dr. Heather was incredibly sweet, patient, and understanding. She took our concerns seriously, explained everything in a way we could understand, and gave us a clear plan for his medications, food, hydration, and recovery. With her treatment and guidance, his stomach issues improved tremendously. The diarrhea and bloody stool resolved, his appetite came back, and we finally started seeing our Kobe again.
Then, just when we thought we were getting past everything, Kobe suddenly developed a completely different problem. He started coughing, breathing really fast, making strange grunting sounds, and almost seemed like he was trying to catch his breath. Picking him up would sometimes trigger another episode. It was honestly terrifying, especially with him being 16.
When we brought him back, Dr. Heather took action immediately. She evaluated him and had chest X-rays done, which showed fluid in his lung and an enlarged heart pressing against his airway. We learned that he was experiencing congestive heart failure related to mitral valve disease.
Hearing “congestive heart failure” about your 16-year-old dog is obviously scary, but I will always be grateful for how Dr. Heather handled that day. She immediately started treatment to help remove the fluid and put Kobe on the heart medications he needed. She explained what was happening, what each medication was for, and what we needed to watch for at home.
Thankfully, Kobe responded incredibly well. His breathing improved so much, the coughing improved, his appetite came back, and little by little so did his personality. He’s drinking water on his own, wagging his tail, enjoying his little walks, stopping to smell things again, and just being Kobe. Seeing him comfortable and happy again after everything he went through means more to us than I can explain.
The entire staff at CityVet Lake Nona has also been amazing. Everyone we’ve spoken to has been sweet, patient, and communicative. Whenever we’ve had questions during their opening hours, they’ve always done their best to help us and communicate with Dr. Heather when needed.
I’ve had animals for around 20 years and have dealt with plenty of veterinarians, and Dr. Heather genuinely stands out to me. She took action when Kobe needed it most, and the care she and the staff have given him throughout this entire experience has meant so much to our family.
We know Kobe is 16 and that his heart condition will require lifelong care, but right now he’s comfortable, eating, drinking, wagging his tail, enjoying his walks, and being himself again. After everything that happened, that’s all we could ask for.

The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. The customer service was truly extraordinary. Everyone took the time to explain procedures clearly and made both my dog and me feel welcomed, supported, and at ease from the very beginning.
Dr. Bayer is absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and compassionate. He was not at all intimidated by my Shar-Pei, approached my dog with calm assurance, and demonstrated a deep understanding of the breed and its common medical concerns. His expertise was immediately evident, and I felt complete trust in his care.
The pricing was more than reasonable. After being quoted nearly $4,000 elsewhere for the same services, Hunters Creek Animal Hospital provided an estimate of around $800, which was transparent and fair. What truly stood out was that Dr. Bayer personally called me during my dog’s procedure to provide an update and to ensure I was comfortable moving forward with everything outlined in the estimate. That level of communication, respect, and professionalism is rare.
Overall, this practice is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I felt heard, respected, and confident every step of the way.
I highly recommend Hunters Creek Animal Hospital,especially Dr. Bayer, to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care. This is truly a wonderful place to bring your pet.

Tracy really put a lot of effort into working with us and working with Gustav (the aforementioned crazy puppy). In just a few short weekends of training we now have a pup who can walk on a leash without pulling and doesn’t bark at every dog he passes. What I like about Diversity K9 is they focus on the behavior and how to correct it - they’re not just teaching your dog tricks. They really know what they’re doing. Gustav is starting their AKC Canine Good Citizen class in a few weeks and he’s excited to build on the skills he’s learned!

Nicole really does an amazing job balancing the group training dynamic and providing one on one help and feedback. I also appreciate that we worked on skills that aren’t on the test. Doctor Shah was quick to diagnose the problem and resolved it. Additionally she diagnosed a few joints needing care as well as allergy condition. Pills were prescribed. Then the bill came. I was suprised that the total was very reasonable and well under expectations. We will be scheduling our return visit soon.
2 days later his coat shows marked improvement and has more pep. The inflammation has reduced.

9680 Narcoossee Rd #103, OrlandoWent there for the special Taco Tuesdays and the taco both Soft and hard shell did not disappoint. You get a decent amount of meat on them. Service was also great and friendly. Nice outdoor area to sit as well and dog friendly. I will be back.
