“This was the best place to go too! I originally wanted something done at my obgyn to at least know my hormones and they said they didn’t do that. I was lucky to find this place! The price is honestly cheaper than what I had to pay at the obgyn to be seen. Wish I had found them first!”

“I do not care for your self check-in. I’m sure it lowers your overhead costs, but in my opinion medical services need a more personal touch. Most medical services are increasing personal service to make the patient more comfortable; something Quest should examine in detail.”

This Washington the only place that made testing possible for my children and I. It didn't hurt like I thought it would. I didn't hurt at all. Be safe everyone!”
“This is the best lab I have ever gone. The scheduling is easy, wait is minimal, and not crowded. The lab staff is incredibly warm, kind and technically skilled. They even waited late one afternoon to get my daughter much needed labs. Sending a big thank you to Qurriat, who went out of her way to ensure both my daughter and myself a great experience. “The staff always greet me with a smile. JC called my name. Once we were in her space, I respectfully requested Maribel to draw my blood. JC couldn't have been more understanding. She began to write up my paperwork. Allowed me to go get my urine sample. When I returned with the sample, I was all set to be transferred to Maribel’s station. I’ve worked with Maribel before. It's always been difficult for them to draw my blood. She warmed me up w/a HOT PACK. Maribel listened to my history and understood that we drew only from the right side with a butterfly needle. My right hand is the magic spot, these days. Many of my prior magic spots have seemed to dry up. Maribel couldn't have been more kind and most efficient. I was in and out very quickly. No bruising or 2 & 3 attempts, today! Thank You, Maribel. :-)”

“OK so I didn't read the reviews until I got to the office so I was a little bit nervous because I didn't really see any good reviews but the staff inside was very nice to me. I was not able to fill out the paperwork I needed ahead of time because the app did not have it, but they supplied it to me inside when I met with Dr. Anita she was very respectful professional and she did have a nurse practitioner with her which most doctors do nowadays I requested for a female and she was able to fulfill that request she was able to help me on my first visit with several issues that I had. I was not only astonished by surprise that she was not given me a hard time or trying to be difficult, which I have experienced with other doctors, I would definitely recommend this doctor and this is only my first visit. She was straight to the point and wanted me to start getting work done. I do have other appointments about four different ones but it is for my health. I will definitely be back”

“I just want to say thank you to Mindy for helping me out this morning. I had an appointment at their Longwood office today at 745am that I made weeks ago, when I pulled into the parking lot I noticed a note on the door that the location was temporarily closed. Almost at the same moment I got a email that my appointment had been cancelled. No phone call or text or where to go to get seen. I put the Lake Mary location in my gps and figured it was worth a shot. When I got there I spoke to Mindy at the front desk, showed her the picture of the Longwood front door, and she just responded with "No worries, come on back". She had me in, done, and out within 5 minutes. I know their closing wasn't her problem but she went above ad beyond to make it right. Thank you very much!”
“I have so much to share, but there just isn’t enough space. Everyone at this office is fantastic. Doctor Pascal is kind and patient. All the Lady’s are so welcoming. Ms. Karen is my mother’s favorite. No matter how busy she is, she always makes a minute to chat with my mother. She’s externally warm and Helpful. She always remembers the little unimportant details that show us that my mother is heard and cared for. We’re always willing to drive a little Further to this office, where we know my mom is going to get the best care, and sweetest hugs.Thank you all for everything that you do. “I walked in early in the am, since there were no appointments for weeks. When I was called in under 30-minutes... I was amazed. I apologized to the tech for not being able to book an online appointment, which I usually do, and she was truly a great representative for Quest! She was kind, understanding, and made my visit so easy, I thought I owed her something else. 100% - I would recommend the West Lake Mary Blvd Quest to everyone. Clean, ample seating, bright, with even brighter staff. So I should wright what I said when I was there... Thank you, this was far better than I would have anticipate, Thank you.
