I now have to make a return for some of the items since they are too light. She was great at assisting me but the manager or who ever it was rushing her wasn’t. I enjoyed my experience less. “I always love the clothes here and the deals. But currently only 8 people are allowed in and the associate (possibly new girl) was so slow to check us out. It literally took 15 minutes to check us out and she still missed 3 security tags. Not fun, while a family waited outside to be let in for awhile.”

“I do like having Sephora conveniently inside my Kohl's. I don't like the fact that it's hit or miss, depending on who is working, with the points. I wish I could return Sephora items bought at the stand alone stores to the Sephora at Kohl's and vice-versa. Sephora at Kohl's also doesn't have all of the products that the stand alone Sephora has. I also wish they carried ELF products. I would probably never shop at Ulta if they did because I had such a bad experience with Ulta. Overall though, I like it.”
