“A clean and well managed Kohl’s location in Ackworth. Tons of shopping in this area with plenty of restaurants, but most importantly this store has a wonderful selection and as well organized. The staff is very helpful and endless items for everyone in the family. Close accessories, and even a. Sephora for the girls girl???????”

My lady and I walked in looked around and decided to ask for help. There was Patrick and this man knows his bizz. He took one look at me and right away knew the size I needed, asked us to follow him and he pulled out a fabulous suit we both liked, PLUS it was a perfect fit. He was amazing because with my structure its difficut to get fitted clothes. We purchsed everthing, suit, shirt, tie and matching socks, just over $200!!

“Candace was great, polite and professional . However the 2nd attempt to move her to a different dept while assisting me was rude. I felt rushed. I didn’t get exactly what I needed. I now have to make a return for some of the items since they are too light. She was great at assisting me but the manager or who ever it was rushing her wasn’t. I enjoyed my experience less. I should’ve just asked Candace when she could do my makeup instead.”

“Looking for jeans!?! This is the place to be. I found EVERYTHING I wanted, and in my size. Finding your size is very important for your emotional health. I kid you not. When you go shopping and find exactly what you're looking for but none of the clothes are in your size is a terrible feeling. I have never experienced that let down at any Old Navy location. It's a great place to shop and I love the music. ?”

She spent well over 30 minutes with me, helping me and her searching for the perfect pair. She wouldn’t even go on her break until we found a pair that I liked. She went above and beyond. “I always love the clothes here and the deals. But currently only 8 people are allowed in and the associate (possibly new girl) was so slow to check us out. It literally took 15 minutes to check us out and she still missed 3 security tags. Not fun, while a family waited outside to be let in for awhile.”

“I do like having Sephora conveniently inside my Kohl's. I don't like the fact that it's hit or miss, depending on who is working, with the points. I wish I could return Sephora items bought at the stand alone stores to the Sephora at Kohl's and vice-versa. Sephora at Kohl's also doesn't have all of the products that the stand alone Sephora has. I also wish they carried ELF products. I would probably never shop at Ulta if they did because I had such a bad experience with Ulta. Overall though, I like it.”
