Thought I needed a new charging port but he cleaned out 3 years worth of pocket lint in no more than 15 seconds and now she charges like she did when she was new. “We were so incredibly impressed with Armando at Verizon Oakwood. The day before we had gone to a corporate store and asked for help to upgrade my phone and transfer it to our daughter. We left disappointed because the sales person was more interested in selling us a new line or new plan than helping with what I asked. Armando not only understood and helped us do exactly what we needed but he also suggested a savings on our monthly plan *and* he went above and beyond to travel to another store that had the color I wanted on his *own* time and set it and the transferred phone up for us! We won’t bother with a corporate store again, thank you!!!!!!!”

“Last week I went to the store in Braselton to see if I could resolve a problem with my iPhone since my Id was grayed out! A young man named AKBAR, helped me ! He tried several options and final he discover that there was a problem with screen time! In a few minutes he resolved my problem! I was happy to go there and thankful that it was resolved quickly! Another lady was there and as she left she mentioned that there is always someone at this location to help us ! I agree!?
